      What I could gather by Google Translating the captions with my phone:
      Gale Geta has a bug that lets you accumulate more and more I-frames if you keep using it. But using Sun causes you to lose these.
      Since TAS timing ends on the last input, it's more optimal to accumulate Geta I-frames through the Megumu fight, then just let those I-frames carry you through Chimata.

      @@MathyOld Ahh, I knew about the Aya card i-frame stacking but didn't know that Utsuho's card loses them. Thank you for the explanation!

      @@azgan123 TAS basically satnds for "Tool Assisted Speedrun/Scoreplay/Superplay" basically you use an emulator to use slowdown and savestates to create a theoretically perfect run
