25 Minutes of Evening Plane Spotting at MSP

One thing I’ve noticed is that commercial jets like the Delta A330-300 at 11:55 make a low-pitched thunderous rumble whereas fighter jets like the F-22 in the intro make a raspy tearing sound, at least with afterburners. Fighter jets are often surprisingly quiet without afterburners, they make a whirring whooshing sound similar to that of the A400M or C-130. Minus the buzzing propeller hum, that goes without saying.
