    UiPath Orchestrator as Admin
How to Add New Member, Allocate License, Restrict Access to Folders"
    1. Adding a New Member to Orchestrator Tenant (03:38):
 To add a new user, navigate to the Manage Accounts and Groups section in the Orchestrator.
 Click on "Invite User" and enter the user's email address.
 Assign a role to the new user, such as Automation Developer, and send the invite.
 Once the invite is accepted by the user, their status changes from "Pending" to "Active" in the account.
    ________________________________________
    2. License Allocation to New Members (09:15):
 After the user accepts the invitation, the admin can allocate licenses by selecting "Edit License Allocation" for that user.
 Allocate the appropriate license type (e.g., Automation Developer, Attended, Unattended) based on availability.
 If a license is already allocated to another user, it can be reassigned by removing it from one user and assigning it to the new user.
 The admin must ensure enough licenses are available before allocation.
    ________________________________________
    3. Creating and Managing Folders for Specific Access (11:44):
 Navigate to the Orchestrator, go to the Folders section, and create a new folder (e.g., "Test Folder").
 Assign specific users to the folder using the Assign Users option.
 Select the desired role for the user in the folder, such as Admin, Automation User, or Automation Developer.
 This ensures that only selected users can access or control activities in the designated folder.
    ________________________________________
    4. Restricting Access Based on Roles (13:12):
 Assign roles to users to control their permissions (e.g., Admin, Automation User).
 Even if a user has a general Automation Developer role, they may not have access to newly created folders.
 To provide specific folder access, go to the folder settings and assign the user a role specifically for that folder.
 This allows for granular control over which folders users can access and edit.
    ________________________________________
    5. Handling Licensing Conflicts and Folder Access (10:33):
 If there are licensing conflicts (e.g., lack of available licenses), reallocation might be necessary.
 Remove licenses from users who don’t need them or upgrade the license count.
 Ensure proper permissions for all users to avoid errors in automation execution.
 Regularly review license allocations and folder permissions to maintain security and efficiency.
