- Phoenix is still dealing with a homeless problem, and a man said he feels helpless, after an encampment was set up in the alleyway behind his home. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach reports.

Calling them Homeless is not the right category. This is the problem. Homeless people worry about how to get a job. These leeches worry about having to GET a job. Big difference.
They are drug addicts... homeless is just a symptom
When i was a kid i used to feel so bad for homeless ppl. Back then it seemed more like they were just really down on their luck and broke my heart. But now as an adult 25 year old I’ve seen much of them doing it to themselves and tbh they’re a huge problem.

Homeowners own the alley up to the center line. So, those homeless people are trespassing on that owner’s property. He can call the police and report trespassers on his property. Me, I would get my hose, turn it on full blast and water the weeds in my alley. 😅
I would prefer other means but AOL won't let me say here.

Having to live next to a homeless encampment will change you. Your anxiety will permanently increase. My brother used to live next to a homeless camp and now he still constantly watches his 4-camera security system like a hawk.
I would build my fence higher so they cannot look over it. When the police remove them they should be given trespass warnings and if they return the arrest them.
there are rules for how high fences can be, depending on the area

take it to the city, it's there alley in the end of the day. problem is you fence it up and they just go and find another place to camp. this epidemic is going on everywhere and it's only getting worse. is there a solution yes but like some of these comments point out this folks or part of them don't want the help.
