You didn't mention the most important function which for some reason isn't being mentioned by anybody, the option to put apps to deep sleep. If you have a lot of apps which you aren't using often and you don't care about notifications from them, it's a "must use" option. It will improve the performance much more than every step in this video put together.

Upping sensitivity is almost never a issue unless you're using a garbage screen protector since the phones generally come with one applied. Next, Gestures are actually faster than buttons since galaxy responds after the button press animation as opposed to immediately responding to gestures. This is a personal preference video more so than a speed up your phone video tbh if that's 2 of your 5. Nothing wrong with that but should just name it as such

Android phones have no "cache partition" since Android Nougat by the way. And wiping the cashe partition was a placebo for obious reasons even ten years ago.

No need to turn off gestures. Just change to 3 swipe from bottom option and use one hand operations plus for back button. Works very well.
But that doesn't work as easily, if rather deal with a bit of lag
