DIY build - Arm Wrestling training table with pulley and elastic band system.
This video took me much longer to get around to than I would have liked, but here it is at last. It comes in handy when you don't have access to regular training sessions with other pullers.

Great video. I would put the side pressure band already loaded around your wrist and maintain center table. Then do the wrist curls.
