  • The G7 nations are making moves and plan on investing a lot in Africa. They have their eyes set on the Lobito Rail Corridor which connects The DRC and Zambia to the port in Angola.

    I think China has always been a good partner for Africa....the former colonial masters l doubt ,This is because the colonial mindset has been passed on somehow...

    I really appreciate your insight and quiet well research info.. However you seem to deliberately leave out the most important part that.. the Railway was already revitalize by China at acost of $1.5 Billion, the so called G7 are proposing to invest $2.5 million. You can clearly see the difference. Chinese worker even died due to landmines. The Railway is currently working from Atlantic ocean to the board region.. some improvement can be done but its working.. please do more research don't miss info Africans.. thanks.

      Hi thanks for watching. Good points. In addition, from what I learned apparently the additional funding being sought from the west is to expand the network into DRC and Zambia connecting them to Angola. So not all parts of the network have been successfully completed.
