Tenpei is the experienced pillar of Seirin. Without him, Seirin has no determination and confidence of winning, especially since Kagami and Kuroko were new guys. He acts as a stabilising force for the team.
It seems that Kiyoshi is the anime version of Nikola Jokic. Not only just in play style (a skilled center who passes really well) but in personality too it seems (carefree and joking, but also wants what's best for the team).
On one hand it's nice to see more people noticed how amazing he is. On the other hand, I'm getting a bit jealous. 😂 Because he's the very first character I'd want to have for my own and I absolutely wouldn't want to share. 😂 He's so much like my best friend which I consider my non-romantical soulmate. 😂 I just love him and I guess I always will a bit, even when I should get married some day.
