8:09 You're not supposed to touch the vehicle. Sure, you can admire the work and artistry that was put into the vehicles, but you should know that you don't touch something that isn't yours. Have your parents not given you any home training ? Did they not teach you about respecting the boundaries of others and not to touch their property ? It's just basic sense and respect that you're obviously lacking here in this regard. Just my observation.

They do. All the new growth slightly changed Delano. Still a small city though. Glad to see these events take place. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
