I would appreciate it if there were actual investigations in these videos. 99% are amateur shot films. Some are well done if a bit cliche. I've must have personally seen hundreds of ghost videos and I think I can only count on one hand the ones that appear authentic. Your first objective in doing a paranormal investigation should be to prove that ghosts exist at all. Not go in already having an expectation of what they're capable of like talking. I would say noises are far too subjective to count as evidence. EVP stuff? I never hear jack or shit in those recordings. A visual would be the most compelling as it'd be more difficult to refute. Above all you have to be a skeptic and apply logic and reason. The way I would do it is set up a series of cameras in a supposed haunted location but I would not do the whole walk around aimlessly thing like these people do. Your presence could potentially tamper with evidence. So set up cameras and have them run for several days. Not just a few hours. If paranormal stuff exists I imagine it's extremely sporadic and unpredictable. No one enters the site for the whole experiment. If something does happen then you can automatically rule out human contamination. But to be honest I bet you'll get several days of a whole lot of nothing happening. Cus although ghosts would absolutely be the shit, I don't think that stuff exists.

I did watch it very closely when I came across your comment. I'm not saying this video is real but what I will say is there is a very faint shadow cast by his hand but it's off the left. It depends how far in front his hand is in front of the light. I was testing out my new flashlight the other week because I want to mount it for being able to do certain tasks in the dark and most shadows cast by the beam were far off to the sides due to distance behind the light

I did watch it very closely when I came across your comment. I'm not saying this video is real but what I will say is there is a very faint shadow cast by his hand but it's off the left. It depends how far in front his hand is in front of the light. I was testing out my new flashlight the other week because I want to mount it for being able to do certain tasks in the dark and most shadows cast by the beam were far off to the sides due to distance behind the light
