Part 2 to “Ghost” is “Yellow Leaf” which was released Feb 8, same day as the release of his 1st album. Jeff is multi-talented. He is a singer, composer, song writer, actor, producer, blogger, graphic artist and plays multiple types of instruments. Last summer he participated in a singing reality competition show in China called “Call Me by Fire season 3” that ended last November. And he does not speak the language at all but boy he sounds pretty legit singing in Mandarin. Spoiler’s Alert, he is the first Foreigner to be named Captain (leading a team and not speak Mandarin) and the youngest one as well. I would love to see reaction to his performance in CMBF 3 called “No Time for Regrets” and “Law of Attraction”. He was in couple of Thai dramas, but Kinn Porsche the Series (BL series) propelled him to stardom. This is where most of his international Sats came to know him. He sang, wrote and composed the OST “Why Don’t You Stay”. He just completed filming his first movie called “The Marriage”. His anticipated BL series “Wuju Bakery” filming completed last year (reuniting him with his co-star Barcode from KP) should be released soon. He is currently a mentor on Chuang Asia 2024, which debut on Feb 3. It is a reality show where Jeff serves as one of the mentor (along with Jackson Wang, Mike Angelo, Ten and Nene) to form an international girl group. He just kicked off his Space Shuttle No. 8 (also name of his first album) Asia Tour in Taipei, Taiwan on Feb 16. He is also holding concerts in Hong Kong, The Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. Yes, he needs more sleep ❤❤❤
Oh yeah the show was great. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Chinese either, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the way Jeff interacted with the other participants (mostly in English). Jeff has been in BL series too. KinnPorsche is the BL that really spiralled his career in 2022, because Jeff both acted in it, but also made Why Don't You Stay, as one of the main OST songs. KinnPorsche became such a huge hit that the series went on a concert/show tour in Southeast Asia, only making Jeff more focused on music again, and he made his own production studio, from which we are now getting one amazing song after another. A thing I have noticed with Thai songs is that it's apparently hard to sing something that both rhymes but also makes sense, so Thai songs tell a story, much more than many songs in other languages.
jeff is just incredible. with each song i fall more for him. so okay so what i understood is there's 2 jeffs. the first version who wants to marry her is the clone. basically he is a experiment already and she's pretending with him. so they take him away and do more experiments and shes also a part of helping those ppl. the other jeff is the one who's actually married to her. but while staying with the clone she somewhat feels for him so she helps him run away in the end.
In this video you see real 'Jeff, the soldier, who has been gone on a space mission - and his clone, an experiment, who has held soldier-Jeff's wife company whilst her husband was gone. Clone doesn't know he's a clone until husband returns. Notice how she takes off the tree ring from the clone, to put back the silver ring, when her husband returns. But the wife has developed feelings also for the clone, so she helps him escape in the end. This us where it leads to the 2nd part of this video, in the song Yellow Leaf.
He has an amazing voice. ...and a wicked grin.😊 Jeff created a beautiful and complicated love story in his MV with a Real Jeff and a Clone Jeff. She removes her steel ring when Real Jeff leaves on a spaceship. The farm labor Clone Jeff and she fall in love. He gives her a braided ring. She trades back to the steel ring when Real Jeff returns. The Clone Jeff is taken to a lab. The Real Jeff treats Clone Jeff just as an object to be studied. She chooses to stay with Real Jeff, her legal husband. But her heart makes her go rescue Clone Jeff from the lab, and give him the horse to use for escape and travel. The lyrics are of a man using repetition in an attempt to convince himself that he will be okay, and that he wishes her well, as he must leave his love. They can't stay together. The song is beautiful on it's own. The creativity of the MV adds to it IMHO.
