I spent the better part of three months, two days a week more or less, just doing interval sprints with and without a ball, occasionally doing some dribbles and changes of direction with myself, thinking it would help in preparation for getting back into playing in a team. Now, of course it did help a little bit, but I still felt in miserably poor condition when training against others. The reason for this, as it has turned out, is exactly what this video and these kinds of exercises address. Football endurance is at least 25% all to do with your ability to engage short-bursts movements with your whole body, not just your legs. A severe lack of core strength, for example, is going to make you almost completely useless after about 20-30 minutes of playing, because even though your legs might still work, your upper body just isn't managing the carrying-capacity needed to engage your legs in unison with the rest of your body, like you're normally used to when not fetigued. This is why a more wholesome work-out regimen is infinitely more useful to a football player in the long-run than pure technical drills or speed exercises. You could have all the skill in the universe, and the fastest dribbling legs the world has ever seen, but a guaranteed complete inability to use them after a short while if you haven't trained your whole body along the way as well, making you effectively useless as that's all you really put your time and effort into during practice. Best of luck!

@@kelechikingsley5627 It sounds like you're simply not letting food digest properly before you exercise. Especially when it comes to these kinds of intense exercises it's absolutely crucial that you let your body get at least one hour to digest the food before exercise. And when it comes to intense exercise it wouldn't hurt to go a bit longer. So for you maybe even an hour and a half to two hours. It also depends on what you eat. If you're eating big portions of meat or other foods that are way harder for the stomach to digest (or that you're simply not chewing well enough in general), then it's no wonder you're having these discomforts in your abdomen. For me, eating 4 eggs, half an avocado, half a banana and some oats all mushed together in a bowl with some boiling water over it makes for a fantastic breakfast an hour or so before I go out to train, giving me loads of energy to work with before I have to eat again, and this has never caused such issues for me. But you gotta find what works for you! Good luck! Peace out.
@@sirriffsalot4158 thank you, I really appreciate it,😅and yh I kinda ate rice, with some chicken, before going out a few times. But I took like a hour to relax before heading out.

i would like to know about a tactical aspect of the game. That is how to score goals against teams that create a low defensive block like Burnley in the current season
I was out for a week and a half due to a ankle injury and lost a lot of my stamina as I want able to run for the period not to forget that at practice my coach has been absent for 4 weeks and all we’ve done was playing 8 v 8 I have a game tomorrow which is surely gonna be hard but after that I hope to work on my stamina when there’s no practice at home and while it’s summer break
truckdriver_ca Yea my stamina and sprint speed have greatly increased due to our coach pushing us. We’ve been focusing on conditioning/body workout and game simulation for 2 hours each Tuesday and Thursday. About a 5 hour practice and 1 and 30 min break in between. When I don’t have practice I stay home and continue to improve on many different points like dribbling,volleys,1st touch, and etc. Even though I have been working hard I still need to continue either way
Any chance on a video about us robust ( kinda big and tall players) atackers , how can we get our chances maximized since we are not necessarily faster then defenders :)
I like that he is not perfect, all the other channels do "perfect" drills but here, if you watch closely you can actually learn what to focus on when doing the drills, you see his mistakes and learn from them, on a perfect video it looks too easy

Forwago workout plan is the only one that makes me want to keep exercising. I love the workouts there although there are difficult ones at times but a little challenge never hurts !! Maybe, you should also give it a try.
I am trying to lose weight since I gained during quarantine and let me tell you the Forwago is THE way. I've tried Emi Wong, Chloe Ting, Tenx, and a bunch of other workout videos and plans for a while and none of them showed any true results. The only one that worked for me is Forwago.

Practice the technique. Not focus on power first. As soon as you understand the proper technique. Put power. Moreover, you need to train legs for strength.
