Hi David, do you if this applies to release maintenance mode after changing the back brakes of my 2017 Range Rover sport? It’s not releasing and turning off the maintenance mode? Please help!
I got Range rover 2017 sport , did the same , but it didn't help (according to computer- oil change required) , after the reset - message still pops up... have ideas ?

Doesn’t work on Diesel. Please help
Diesels have an issue where it wont work sometimes and you will need to do it with a proper scan tool. Maybe only dealership.

There is a different procedure for brake maintenance mode. But yes, you can do it manually yourself.
@@davidaguirre393 Awesome! Thank you 😊

Is it a diesel ?
Often times diesel's will only reset using a manufacturer scan tool, if not a diesel then this should work.
@davidaguirre393 yes.... diesel
@@tankbenninton yeah , its a software issue that happens with the diesels, but it can be fixed with the right scantool.
Well its resetting but still engine light is on
Engine light is a separate issue. Service required will not cause the engine light to appear.
doesn't work
Do you have a diesel engine ?
@@davidaguirre393 gas engine
Hood open, driver door open, ignition on, press both accelerator and brake down together for 15 seconds. Should reset.
