This is the song that Jack was playing with the piano during this scene in 3x13 The Man From Tallahassee. The song was also played in the season 3 finale Through The Looking Glass.
The song was released on the season 3 soundtrack by the name of "A Touching Moment" aka "Jack's Piano Song", composed by Michael Giacchino.
