To be honest some parts were actually included in the ending. It's just extended and went other direction a little ,which I also prefer.. he clearly didn't love Millie that way..so he married just for his uncle. I loved the movie! Happy to see this alternative ending, so I can pretend that was an ending for real :) Johnny was high top class in the movie as in any honestly .
I like this film. He is beautiful, he has a non-standard and philosophical outlook on life. Watched this movie many times. I watched it and cried. Especially in those frames when Axel's uncle died. Johnny cried so much that it was impossible not to cry with him. Well, in the final, of course. Even on the roof it was clear what she was going to do. I also noticed that Millie and I have a lot in common. I also cry for any reason, and I love Johnny Depp. Marrying him is my incredible dream. Good thing he's a big boy now. In this film, he is just a baby, mischievous, sweet kitten. But even then it was clear that he was growing into a magnificent, luxurious, real man. His movements, gestures, manner of speech, everything about him is great! Real masculine energy and sexuality comes from him. This is amazing! With age, these features in him intensified, polished, and he became a perfect man! This is such a rarity! The best in the world!!! I love him so much!!! I adore him!!!
It's a shame this couldn't be used somewhere in the movie, even if not for the ending, maybe as a dream sequence sometime after Elaine tells him to marry Millie. This is just too good and really shows Johnny's versatility, plus it's so entertaining & well done. Maybe it was a continuity thing, I don't know, but at least put it in the DVD as a deleted scene at the very least. I bought the DVD and it's the 119 minute version for USA. There was no bonus material so no deleted scenes or anything was included, just the 119 minute film. I felt gyped when I found out how much was cut, even from the theatrical release. Why on earth would they do that??? In one of his interviews, Johnny said the director made some brutal cuts and he was sure right. Would love to see that 4-hour version he has. My goodness, what else did they film lol

maybe because i've seen the original ending at least 25 times,maybe i need to see this in full context with the rest of the movie. this ending seemed unnecessary, but i didn't hate it. i liked seeing jerry lewis come back for a couple of minutes. it was just as bizarre as the rest of the movie,so i guess it fits. still my favorite johnny depp film.
Jeez Wow. Spooky & Scary, a look into an Incredibly Sad zone honestly, I'm not 100 per cent but think it's a window into a Dream but one that's gone badly wrong. Like even the Best you do is just never damn good enough. 😞
