Entry pay is the difference between pay fixation/upgrading from 5th to 6th CPC
Pay of 5th Cpc 2650 upgraded to 7000/- which is 2.64
Whereas normal conversion is 1.86
Sirji yeh status tho Oct 2023 ka hay abhi Feb 2024 chal raha hai. Last four months mein DoPT and AIREXSA ne kya kiya.
OM 1986 pay fixation paras are no more valid as 2008 & 2010 OMs has been issued.
Officers are granted one higher stage which is more than last pay hence no da on pension and deduction of pension from pay fixation

Nobody in the country seems to think about the retired soldiers. After implantation of NPS system, a Re-employed Ex-serviceman is getting nothing in govt job. Now, Bcoz of NPS, No significant Pensionery benefit, hence No Commutation amount eligibility, a very little amount in form of service gratuity being the service rendered in re-employment is short, No Leave Encashment admissibility in most of govt department. Only the left over days out of 300 days leave Encashment of ther former Army Service is being granted. Overall, it looks that Army Ex-servicemen are Re-employed like a regular casual labour in govt jobs.
Pay fixation paras of OM 1986 are not valid today because OM 2008 & 2010 were issued. Dont quote 1986
Our last pay we are demanding.
Actual last pay is not included free ration,accomodation, medical transport etc.
If you count these, last pay will be much more
Govt is having money to pay reemployed officers, reemployed bankers/insurance PBORs and civ technical resignation employees but financial burden for reemployed PBORs
What a justification
Political parties getting more benefits, then there is no objection?? As for jco and jawans concern, there is many objection stands, any how god is with us

They count last pay against initial pay fixation plus gross pension should not be more than last pay. Are they counting what we actually get in fauj..?
Ration accomodation medical travel clothing etc. If they count these elements, actual last pay drawn will be much higher

Why to count pension of pbor..??
He may have income from other sources like ancestral property, agricultural, rental etc..

As per requirement of the Govt. No priority or choice posting formed by Central Govt. However, transfer to your home station is possible, if Departmental feasibility is there.
