Plasmoths TP's should be
96 HP, 4 Energy, 200 R-Atk, 200 Speed
and Joltooth is not a ranged attacker

Im running a Robust, Clever Plasmoth that im using as supporting Loomian. With moves like Preemptive Strike and Jump Start, is this set viable?
Ofc, its probably better, though I'd probably not use clever, as Plasmoth is already rather ranged bulky, keeping nimble so you are guaranteed to get off a jump start

Also if u see a ranged atk plasmoth does pretty good I myself use a ranged one tho it had more meelle than ranged but still decent one
