Don't think that shed would hold up at all well in extreme winds. See palm trees, jacaranda there. That means high winds will happen now and then.

Why don't you get an impact driver that is meant for driving screws versus using a power drill

Is there a difference between wall and shed wall?
No, and yes. The difference is if you live in places with a lot of snow. Then you have to look at the right angle of the roof. The wall must be strong enough to hold the weight of snow or wind
