DAY ONE: Attempting 75 Hard with a chronic condition / endometriosis

  • Good morning everyone! Yesterday was day one of 75 hard and I documented the process. There were some learnings already (especially when it came to food and my endometriosis symptoms). I’ve found that being more aware of eating healthy and nutritious foods during this challenge has allowed me to target what causes potential flares or cramping (cue red meat)…

    Thank you for sharing. I have endometriosis and I've been looking for people that are trying to get back into their fitness and health goals while trying to balance having Endo cuz it's been hard for me to do so. I'm looking for people as an example, but anyway, thank you for doing this
