Most mic brushing videos are too rough. Circular mic brushing with palms is the best mic brushing, I think.

it’s really good (to me at least) when you do the deep breaths, not rushing them to get the intro over with..also when you say “hold, hold, hold” and then finish the out breath, so great, bc most of the time i end up holding anyway even if you don’t say it..could you do breath holds a little more frequently at the start of your videos please ?? i watch so many of your videos, you always help me get to sleep :))
