According to the Minecraft Wiki, mobs will take 2 hearts of damage every second while drowning. Mobs will also move up a water column at a rate of 2 blocks a second. So while drowning, a mob will lose 1 heart for each block it moves up. An ancient city will be around -50 while Scars base is at around 150, which means, given it will not take drowning damage immediately, the Warden would have likely taken 175+ hearts of damage before surfacing. The Warden has 250 hearts (500 health), which means it lost at least 70% of its health before surfacing. Considering it was attacked a couple times last week and took some fall damage when it fell in the canyon, the fact that it was pulled so far out of the water and fell pretty far was probably enough to take out the remaining 30ish percent.

Hijacking this comment to say- since the enchanter was stolen after they agreed not to, it would be a shame if the “no potions” rule was also broken to splash wardens with some speed potions…

he tunnels have been built on ep 3, all he needs to do is to spawn some wardens and lead them to the chute
with tango's knowledge in mob highjacking, he might just be the most dangerous player in the server lol

Scar clutching the water bucket MLG at 33:00 was amazing to watch, can't believe he and grain are the last Green guys on the server. let's just hope they don't run into anymore of Tango's pets

For the fact that Jimmy and Tango don't know each other that well, they have been absolutely amazing. Team Rancher is such a good duo. They have never done anything wrong in their life ever, and I love them.
I don't think anyone knew how much damage the warden took last week drowning on his way up the water up (plus fall damage in the chaos), but admittedly the fishing bit did not end how I expected haha (Corrected - wasn't a bubble column, thanks!)

Things don’t drown in bubble columns. It’s coded that those give back air bubbles and the water stream up to it seems to have had no place for the Warden to drown at all.

Wardens are immune to drowning and lava damage. Also bubble columns can't drown anything, you auto regen "breath" while in a bubble column.
Tango, I'm surprised no one has taken advantage of the fact that you can now make totally silent undetectable traps bu waterlogging skulk sensors

Now that tango is red, the surface is just going to be wardens. He's going to spread skulk on the surface with the catalyst then just produce shriekers.
Those shriekers can’t summon Wardens tho
Only Ancient City shriekers can.
@@dracomaster2513 actually, I believe that _natural_ Sculk Shriekers, a.k.a. ones that generate from the world naturally regardless of where it is, can spawn a Warden.
@@astralshadow6193 Naturally generated ones can spawn Wardens but not ones caused by death near a Catalyst or ones broken then placed by a player.
@@astralshadow6193 directly tested this just now and only ancient city ones spawn wardens. catalyst spawned ones dont.

This whole sequence is just amazing.
Each passing moment it looks more and more likely that Grian and Scar are destined to fall, Tango and Jimmy take no damage the whole time, and then plot twist.
Almost wish this had been the first one I watched cause I knew how it was gonna end.

The Warden must have been severely weakened by drowning during floating up from the Deep Dark. The fall damage needed to kill them usually is an incredible height when at full health (319 blocks onto dripstone). 🤔
Wow 319 blocks?? Is there no like terminal velocity for fall damage, it just scales infinitely?
@@jjwang7597 yeah lol, If I recall correctly, fall damage is calculated by subtracting 3 (I think?) from the amount of blocks fallen. The resulting amount will be the amount of damage taken (in hitpoints, not hearts). So tho there is a terminal velocity for falling speed, fall damage will keep increasing
@@Aenetroy Yep, what's interesting is that the Warden would've lost only 70% of his health during the drowning. The remaining 30 was lost to combat and falling, but from Grian's perspective he barely fell at all.
Throw some signs in the Warden water elevator, so that the water makes a snake-like pattern. Part of the reason the first Warden died so easily was that it took a ton of drowning damage
...Or just get some soul sand and make a bubble column. Ren and BigB should have a bunch lying around after that pool party, maybe they could ask them.

@@natperXD Right, I don't even know if they have the kelp to make it all source, plus it's not worth the risk of drowning when it's just easier to get a bunch of wardens up to make up for the health instead

Tango’s noises are the highlight of my week.
This series is my favorite thing EVER! The betrayal.......the sadness....... And Tango that echo effect at the very end was perfect. RIP Ranchers Revenge......awaken Army of the Rancher's Rage.

I love this series! Such a pity there won't be more than six episodes....
I mean that's kind of a good thing. Don't milk it. Just sporadically a short season is way better than pumping out a lot.

My prediction for next week. Tango spends the entire episode digging Warden tunnels, while all of the other reds go on a rampage, on the surface. Then, just as Tango is ready to unleash his army, he dies because Timmy does something stupid trying to impress Joel and Etho. 🤣😂🤣

Tango went from being heartbroken about a single warden death to "meh, I'll just spawn 3 more once a week because they are stupid and keep dying from fall damage"

Does a Warden regenerate health? If not the extremely long way up the water elevator may explain it's sudden death...
But he took a lot of damage going up that elevator... Sounded at least like he did

It's also not a bubble elevator, so if it takes 5 minutes to get up, that's probably close to 300 health or more gone.
Some people also shot at it, reducing its health even further.
Ok so this is the funniest episode of Last Life this week. Tango and Jimmy are the perfect pair with so much chemistry. Awesome job guys!

Seeing the warden die and tango's reaction reminded me of that moment in SW when the rancor dies.
The fact that at 34:06 he was staring etho down with a crossbow aimed at his head yet he didn't even retreat what a madman.
Tango was already going to unleash an army of wardens, but now that he's red... I shudder to think of what will happen in the next session
You can’t just walk into someone’s base and demand they give you something, then steal their stuff, and on top of that say THEY are the ones in the wrong! I wanna see Cleo and Scott die by ten wardens in their base 🔥🔥🔥
Not to mention in Cleo's video, Scott and her decided to put hits on them afterwards. I know they're are all friends but it makes me sad and the Ranch duo deserves better. :'D

Although it was Jimmy who started it, by stealing the horse! In my head, I cant seem to understand how it wasnt considered even when scar retaliated, when we are considering the rules, but lets be honest after a certain amount of time, it seems like the rules get thrown out the window.

I just now realized that Grian and Scar are still green! Everyone else is yellow or red. Why not even the playing field?
Some of the reds or yellows could distract Grian as, say the ranchers burn the pandas, then Etho and Joel takes care of Scar and Grian, who ended the boat boy’s yellow life.

Tango, you should make one of those warden farms where you AFK on a shreaker and send up tons of wardens. Just keep that trap idea in mind so you can cause maximum chaos as a red name. Can't wait to see you fill the mob cap with wardens!!
I had such a proud parent moment when Scar did his water bucket MLG, I genuinely thought he'd fallen by accident but then he didn't die! So proud.

@@MrEMVme No they aren't, they can swim but still take damage if they are too long underwater. You can hear the warden taking damage in the last video and Cub literally made a warden farm that uses drowning as the killing mechanism

There are rules that you can defend yourself if you're attacked, yes? I feel as though there ought to be a rule specifically stating that if someone is raiding your base, you can defend that as well. Because otherwise people can just waltz in and do as they please without any real consequence.
