    I remember years ago making bread in school. I haven't made it since, but watching you here I remember how satisfying it was. I might just try this recipe when I can eat proper food again (something to aim for!) That looked amazing! I LOVE fluffy fresh bread!     This is what I call a loaf. So soft and fluffy. Would rather have this than that from the Supermarkets. Well done again for a lovely video. How is Hannah now ?

    Bread making tips:
    Typical bread recipes have about 1.5 to 2% of the flour weight in salt. So whatever weight your flour is weigh out an appropriate amount of salt for your bread while you still have the scale out.
    Any dough will be very sticky just after the first mixing. Leave it be to hydrate in the bowl for about 20 minutes covered with a wet towel just after bringing it all together. When you come back give it some stretch and folds and it will be significantly less sticky. You'll not need to add much more flour if any to knead. I make mostly long fermenting sourdough so all I do is stretch and folds to 'knead' my dough.

      @@sohbia4351 yes! Anything can be a rabbit hole of technique. I am actually falling down the coffee one right now 😵‍💫. I always just remind nyself to take a step back and keep it real in the end.
