Cried during this, I went through the exact same thing this year to figure out why the fuck I'm such a nonhuman. Came out with a diagnosis for Autism, OCD along with a few subdisorders related as well as ADHD, I'm a year younger than you LS. Understanding how our neurodivergent brain processes information has been so extremely helpful and freeing, also has helped me to stop being so critical / bullying towards myself. I hope you keep feeling better and better

On the mental health note, I'm 26 unemployed in the US trying to get an evaluation. Everything is $700-$900 no insurance coverage, up front. It could be life changing holy fuck that's a lot of up front cash while unemployed for a chance for things to get better.
