She Went On A Girls Trip Cheated and Now Expects Her Husband's Forgiveness.

- A husband asks, "is he wrong for not forgiving his wife for cheating during a girls weekend?" Brother you can only live that life if you're comfortable with it. Your partner's willingness to take responsibility for poor decisions is commendable, but this doesn't mean you have to continue the relationship. Everyone has choices, she made hers and now you have to make yours.

I always find that ridiculous when cheating party offers that you can be there prison guard. Like I don't wan to have to track and check up on the person i'm with to know they're not gonna cheat.
"This chick done ran into Jason" plus the visual LOL James!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Ha ha. Love the free willy reference. Trust me. It is very difficult to forget a betrayal. The relationship is never the same.
Definitely a dealbreaker. He is right to leave. She called and told him bc SHE felt bad and had overwhelming guilt. Otherwise she would’ve drove home and told him face to face like an adult 😠 also, he THINKS she was the perfect partner. Maybe she was OR maybe she just hadn’t went THAT far before or hadn’t gotten caught before 🤷♀️ I find it very hard to believe that her sister nor her friends knew anything about what she did until she said something. I’m thinking it went more like her sister saying “you best tell your husband or I will!” So she told him bc others in her group knew and it would get back to him. I don’t know but that’s my gut feeling. He needs to leave her though. He won’t ever be able to look at her the same again. She was just further hurting him by giving him all the details too. Is she THAT obtuse and stupid to know that telling him every detail wouldn’t cut like a knife?? Then she begs him not to leave her 😳 ugh I can’t!
I like this format. “Dear James”. That poor man has no self confidence at all. He’s comparing himself to the competition.
That is what she wanted
She was just trying to get rid of her guilt by telling him. She was not even thinking about her daughter or her husband. At the very least they need counseling. And she very well could have blown up her marriage and her life.
This doesn’t happen unless you want it to happen. It’s not an accident!
Exactly. Choices were made.
He has to ask others if he should leave her ??? He’s not going anywhere. He just wanted sympathy.
Good point.
I agree. She has a lot of excuses for her bad behavior. I feel bad for this man. I can forgive but I don't forget. if you cheat on me I'm gone because I don't want an open relationship or with a cheater. She used to be a perfect partner that time has passed.
I have gone out many times with the girls, even a few overnight trips. Hubby has gone out many times with the boys, even on overnight trips. Not one time did this ever happen! What on earth!! He needs to do what is right for him but - I'd dip out! Dang!! Can't remember how many times I said "WHAT!!??" During this video! 😂😂
Take that to your grave... I would have never told him....
Ok first, she cheated on the first night of a three day weekend?!? Second, three hours of sex before she called a stop to it. This woman was unsatisfied on her sexual relationship with her husband. Three hours smh I’m in shock. Btw James, I cracked up at your exclamations about the first night bc that was my exact reaction.
You can forgive and still move on. It’s really that simple. Forgiveness isn’t for the cheater it’s for the victim. Forgiveness also doesn’t mean those that hurt you need to remain a part of your life.
She should have never told him. She just tried to make herself feel less guilt by devastating him. She should live with the guilt, go to therapy or a pastor and deal with her issues but not hurt her husband if she didn't want to leave him.
Not telling him would have been a betrayal in itself. She should never have done it in the first place.
Yo wtf?? So you’re endorsing the wife cheating is ok and encouraging to live with it? What is wrong with you?
@@IamjustBruh amen sister I’m a wife and I’d never do that to my hubby what kind of wife does that? I have no words. Wow just just wow.
I feel you have misunderstood what I was trying to say so I'll elaborate. For one, it wasn't me who did this and I am in no way condoning what she did in the least. Secondly, the fact is SHE has already done this, so by commenting that she "should never have done it in the first place" is irrelevant. If this was a one time thing and she didn't want to break up her family, then confessing this to him would do nothing but hurt him. She was apparently feeling so guilty about it that she felt she had to tell him in the morning to appease her own guilt and that is the part I think was more selfish of her to do. She was only trying to make herself feel better about it. I don't think she was right by trying to ease her guilt by hurting him in the process. I think she should have to deal with her guilt another way by going to a pastor or counselor of some sort, but she has crushed him by telling him what she did and I don't think that was fair. I do, however question that the guy she met was local and that there's a real possibility that she could see him again. Just more salt in the wound for her husband to think about and deal with. What we don't know won't hurt us is all I'm saying. I'm totally against what she did, but SHE did this, not me and I in no way endorse this behavior..
I love these topics where you give advice about tricky life situations!!
I'm so glad! Trying to refit the channel and it's off to a rocky start, but if people are getting something from it then we shall push on.
James you are hilarious. OMG it sounds like she got what she was looking for & has extreme guilt in the aftermath (reason for the immediate confession) which in my opinion is no excuse. Please don't blame it on the ALCOHOL. She should have taken it to the grave. Most men are very unforgiving and she will regret her decision to call her husband to confess. Bye Felicia....
This is true, especially when you go into detail how the dude was banging her out for 3hrs. I also left out the part where she went into explicit detail of what she did to him and how. She was doing the most...
@@mytakeonreality Good Lord James her loose lips is going to be the death of her marriage. Bad enough that he knows she cheated BUT she gave him the SPECIFICATIONS. Man stick a fork in it this relationship is DONE & if it's not the treatment she will be getting will make her wish it was.
Poor Guy, makes me wonder what his momma was up to for all those years, lol. The fact that there is a 7 year old involved complicates his predicament which she clearly wasn't thinking about the 7 year old. He will never be able to trust her again though so really the relationship is not likely to survive.
Free Willy 😆
I always find it intriguing people have such a hard line on cheating. I get it hurts but I also think long term if this is your life partner and you can have 50+ years of happiness is this one thing worth throwing it all away?
Every relationship is different but just a thought.
The fact that everyone knows she cheated, that's gonna make him look like a freaking fool if he stays. Then everytime she's out with that friend group, they will be okay with anything she does because "her husband won't mind." He will always be wondering because if she pulled a 3hr run with Prince Charming and was only 30mins from home, what happens when she actually goes somewhere far, is Prince Charming local, how did nobody know except the sister who caught her crying????? To many questions, no more trust.
This situation is so crazy the woman is out of line of course it’s ok for this man to move on
She blew past that light and never looked back. LOL
James, you are a genius!
Why thank you!
IMHO…If you do decide to forgive your partner for cheating…you have to do just that…FORGIVE THEM…put a period on it and move on…
I love this kind of stream! It would be easier to follow all the way through if you had the letter on the screen (info redacted) because visual aids always help. It would also help if you used a different voice for the letter writer. 1.) because you do great voices, and 2.) because sometimes I was confused if you or the letter writer were saying certain parts.
"Dear James" channel segment is born! This is great :)
Liking this format James.
Thank you. I appreciate the input & encouragement. I'm trying to branch out and change can be hard.
Men don't seem to be able to forgive. I feel women will forgive until they just can't take it anymore.
I think these articles are fiction. But, however, comma.....the husband should divorce his wife. She willingly committed adultery.
I think they are fiction too. But I would listen to James recap anything!
Heck no. From my own experience, you can forgive and forgive and forgive. There is a limit. The wife specifically went for the one nighter.
I'm pretty religious and view adultery as a serious transgression. When trust is shattered, the faith in the marriage is also damaged.
I dont get this. What was she thinking?
Flirting is step 1 in cheating.
What's the point?
Be friendly, dance, give compliments, ok, all fine. But flirting is dipping your toe in the water to test the temperature.
I'm surprised you are ok with it.
I feel the same way about this. U can be friendly without flirting. We are all human beings and temptation is hard to resist. Flirting you are having a different mindset and things lead to another . Lol😅
Here’s my take hey James , if she cheated on him, it was not love there to begin with only lust that being said, how can they be faithful to somebody who you have dedicated your life to when all they are interested in is lust? And when the lust is gone then what? lust is sexuality beauty and how much you intrigue the other person wouldn’t you say James I mean that’s the base of it… and tragic, heartbreaking, but true💔💔🥺🥺
If you can not do time .
