Embark on a captivating day in St. Lucia with us as we explore the island during our 10-day ultimate Southern Caribbean cruise onboard the Celebrity Beyond! This stunning port day was filled with adventure, shopping, and unique experiences that made our first visit to St. Lucia unforgettable.
We started our day docked in St. Lucia, where we took in the beauty of the island. After disembarking, we walked through the port, exploring local shops and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. To beat the heat, we took a convenient water taxi back to the ship-a refreshing and time-saving choice.
Our advice for St. Lucia: plan your excursion or activities ahead of time, as there can be a lot of pressure to buy items from vendors near the port. Despite the heat, we had a great time shopping and then headed back onboard the Celebrity Beyond to enjoy the comforts of the ship.
Lunch at the Ocean View Cafe (Buffet) featured a delightful Greek-themed menu, and after changing into swimwear, we took a dip in the plunge pools. As the day transitioned, we relaxed, edited some RUclips videos, and watched the ship sail away from St. Lucia. Dinner at the buffet offered a mouthwatering Mexican theme that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The evening continued with a lively gameshow, Majority Rules, which had us laughing and participating with fellow cruisers. We closed out our day with a visit to the Casino, adding some excitement to our night.
