In this Journal tutorial i'll be using beautiful Stamperia Orchids and Cats 8 x 8 paper pad and some gorgeous papers by Sentimentally Yours by Phill Martin.
I'll be showing you how to make the Stmperia papers go further by combining them with the gorgeous sage green paper in Phil's collection that complement the Orchids and Cats collection perfectly.
Throw in the odd bit of lace and Bob is indeed your Uncle😁🤗💜

This paper is so gorgeous!!! The placement of the cat and the notch beside its neck is perfect. I agree the line on the first pocket didn’t work. I really like the double pocket instead. This is giving me an idea of what I can make for my cat-loving cousin who doesn’t “get junk journals.” 😊
I agree with your choice of trim for the same reasons. I really wanted to see the Roman numerals and the thinner lace seems to go better with the delicacy of the paper’s graphics. Just gorgeous!

Wow! I was so excited to see you put up several new videos to watch. I’m still working on watching your old ones. I keep getting worried that I might be getting to the end of them. I get tempted to hoard them. Thank God you have made about a million videos. The I go back to watching a bunch a day. You have really helped save my sanity during this illness. It’s April and I have been in bed since Christmas. And in the middle of it all I got shingles. You are so funny and calm and so good at what you do, it has really really helped me. I am I love with the saltwater taffy inking. I have been buying stamperia papers for years and hoarding them. I’m getting ready to break out of the big house (aka jail) and make a journal like this one. I’m going to go try to find this paper to use for the inside pages. I found some gorgeous creamy white cardstock that goes with the stamperia papers. I’m trying to ease into liking grunge. I got some really pretty coffee dyed paper on Etsy. Now, I’m hoarding it. Lol. She put doilies in too. Be still my heart. I got some lovely stamperia paper with lilacs on it. Omg, it’s gorgeous. I’m getting ready to ease back into crafting soon. Stamperia have replaced Graphic 45 as my absolute favourite papers.
they can get pricy over here, but there is always a bargain to be had on Amazon, i have oodles in my favourites waiting for the price to drop. Now i can remove this one as Sylvia so kindly sent it to me.
