Group of adults. Multiple rooms. A few days in we found mattress covers with stains from guests who stayed in the rooms before us.
SO GROSS!
This was in addition to the weak AC, poorly operating fridge, and toilets that don't flush.
The bath towel shortage is a real issue.
Everything is a long wait due to understaffing, which seems to make the employees miserable.
Outside of the a restaurant or two, the food is just awful. Many people ill as a result.
This resort is being run by incompetent frauds.
They need to fire current management, bulldozer everything … maybe sparing the coffee shop and food truck … to the ground, and start all over!
Do not ignore the negative reviews!
DO NOT GO TO GRAND SIRENIS PUNTA CANA!!!

Hola...hay q pagar la entrada al parque acuatico o esta incluido en la estadia del Hotel?

Puedes hacer ambas aparte como gustes. Por eje: Un pasa día en el parque acuático que fue lo que yo hice te da acceso a todo menos una habitación. Y si decides hospedarte entonces te dan tu habitación y acceso a todo el hotel incluido el parque acuático.
