Hola, hermoso video y estuve del 18 al 22 de abril de 2022 con mi esposo, excelente lugar, se puede descansar, comer muy bien, habitaciones bonitas, café, helados, muy bueno todo. Lo mejor el personal de cocina y bares son muy amables, te saludan con agrado. Recomiendo este lugar por todo, muy familiar, seguro y divertido. Gracias a todo el personal por sus atenciones.
Bring lots of extra strength pepto bismol so you can make it though an entire super duper animation show without running to the restroom. Otherwise, due to the undercooked, poorly prepared, and unsafely maintained food, you will need to run to the restroom and miss out on the super duper animation. If you need to run to the restroom, you can run to the public restrooms on the resort that feel and smell like a sewer line exploded in a sauna. ... or you can run to the toilet in your room that may or may not flush, which is line with the room AC that may or may not work, which matches well with the dirty and moldy décor of your room. Group of adults. Multiple rooms. A few days in we found mattress covers with stains from guests who stayed on the rooms before us. SO GROSS! This was in addition to the weak AC, poorly operating fridge, and toilets that dont flush. The bath towel shortage is a real issue. Everything is a long wait due to understaffing, which seems to make the employees miserable. Outside of the a restaurant or two, the food is just awful. Many people ill as a result. This resort is being run by incompetent frauds. They need to fire current management, bulldozer everything … maybe sparing the coffee shop and food truck … to the ground, and start all over! Do not ignore the negative reviews! DO NO GO TO GRAND SIRENIS PUNTA CANA!!!
#GrandSirenisPuntaCana ruined out vacation! We will never go back! DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Our rooms were run down and all of AC, fridge, and toilet did not work well. Until we discovered the issue, we were all sleeping on beds with mattress covers with body fuild stains from guests who stayed in room before us. The food is poorly prepared, often undercooked, and not maintained at proper temperature. One of our group came home with salmonella. Do yourself a favor, find a different resort for your vacation.
Sack all management due to incompetence. Condemn all buildings and restaurant facilities due to health risk exposures. Start over! Stay far, far away from #grandsirenispuntacana. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!
Hola!, nuestras mejores recomendaciones: ver todos los días la programación de actividades (al lado de la fuente en un TV) son muchas cada día. Vayan a guardar temprano las sillas de la playa, hagan las reservas con tiempo en todos los restaurantes que hay. Coman temprano en la noche para alcanzar al show de niños a las 8:00. En nuestras redes hay mas contenido del hotel.
