- Log 18 | After 4 days of very strong easterly winds and hiding out in an anchorage in Fort Pierce, Florida, we sailed Sea Pearl down to West Palm Beach. It was a bit rocky but it was a beautiful sunny day and we saw a pod of dolphins along the way! Once in West Palm, we did a little exploring around Peanut Island and Ed had a go at filming a DIY about "how to tighten a forestay via the furling drum." Cheers!

I like your boat more each time I see it and the crew are rock solid. We have the same furler (I think), what are the specifics for the new furling line (strength, type, thickness)? I will be changing mine when we return to our boat shortly. If your taking requests, show more sail.
Thanks! I believe the furling line we put in is a 3/8” blended core double braid. If Ed remembers differently, then I’ll get back to you. Yes, thank you for the request! Next weeks video is an entire day of sailing, so I think you’ll enjoy that one👍🏻⛵️
@@SailingSeaPearl Forgot to give you credit - when we rase the tender, it blocks the boat name. Had never seen T/T before. Now the new hypalon will be stenciled T/T Drifter.
