My hair feels so bad haha! But it's totally worth is if you really really want it. But it takes lots of work and lots and lots of time to get it light :)
The damage will depend on your hair color at the time you dye it, how your own hair takes it, and if you've ever done stuff to your hair before. If you want to do it you should go for it! Just use stuff like argan oil that will make it more healthy afterwards as well. (:
