They have this god from the Etruscans who where the first Romans. Pomerium is also the Etruscan word for the city limit. Etruscans were first casins of the Serbs from the Balkan peninsula. The word pomerium is moveble limit of the city and in Serbian there is word pomeriti - to move. The limits of the city needs to be measured. Serbian meriti - to measure. So meaning in Etruscan of Pomerium is moving measured limits of the city.
