Mubashar Bhai, I have African Grey which is 5 years old. I bought him when he was a baby. I’m telling you some serious facts about this bird’s need. This bird needs a bigger cage almost triple the size of this cage so he can move freely. This bird needs your time so take him out of the cage everyday for at least 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Talk to him and hand feed him this way you can create bonding with him. This is the number one intelligent bird in the world. This bird has emotions and feelings and don’t assume that he is like your other birds. Other than his regular food you can also feed him fresh fruits like guava, boiled chickpeas ,cucumber and figs etc. To create the bonding you must take him out and hand feed him. If you give him time you will be surprised by the love and reaction from him in return. He should be in your main house so he can see you all the time. Put him close to kitchen or family room. But more significantly change his cage immediately otherwise he will go into depression. The shopkeeper has zero knowledge about birds and it’s very sad.
