I can see why you keep calling this idea home a dream home. I love looking at well designed real estate, although it makes me yearn for such a lovely property. Aside from the closet issues, love so many concepts like the vaulted ceilings, open beams, the use of wood from light to rich tones, well lit spaces both natural and decorative sources. The kind of color palette that makes you immediately feel comfortable and breathe deeply. I wonder what the cost of the house without the 65 acres would run. I think the 2nd building is called a carriage house. Anyway, what a gorgeous space to draw inspiration from!

You can have a different color scheme on each floor or even in each room, or you can have The same color scheme just alternating colors. For example gray black and white and each room but in some room was having gray cupboards, some rooms having black cupboards, and some rooms having white cupboards,
I’ll have 2 since I’m going navy in kitchen and don’t want in all bathrooms, but I think part is to show off as much as possible all the different things you can do!

Not in the actual home since the permit took 6 weeks to get approved, but it gives me a ton of ideas for Phase 2, the back deck/ outdoor kitchen 😊
