I used to love Gaia, I remember I used to kinda play the stock market by buying items and then selling them when they were worth way more. I ended up with some awesome items in the end and I wish I kept them! But I ended up doing one of those famous giveaways when I stopped using my account sadly - it would be cool to log back in and have them just for nostalgic purposes. Though I know the people who won my stuff were so happy :)
It's a good day when there's a new Gentle Li video! This site is a bit mystifying to me. I suppose it's something like Reddit custom avatars and/or Habbo Hotel. They should have a warning before you buy a duplicate item. I wonder if you can resell it to recoup some of the cost? I for one am very curious about the custom avatar currency collapse you mentioned.
i would say it’s like an extremely advanced version of those systems! there’s hundreds of possible layers and a whole fanbase around building glitched avatars, which come about due to unstable combinations of items. i’m pretty much clueless about all that, though. to be honest, i’ve been toying around with the idea of starting a non-ASMR channel. i have several video essay scripts written out and i think the reason that i keep putting them off is because ASMR isn’t the right presentation style for that. if i go through with that you’ll certainly see it posted here!
