I struggled with something similar when I was learning. I was very confident controlling the car and I realise now that made me overly confident with my decision making. It could be that driving with his parents he's picking up some bad habits, like accelerating fast out of a junction. A great standard of drive on the whole though! I think as learners we sometimes think that all experienced drivers never hesitate and are super quick/confident on the foot, when in reality it's the exact opposite! PS. Great video as always
I think I was the same too, way back when…It’s just getting that balance right. He’s a good driver for sure. I just want to hear he passed!! Thank you 😊
Hi i am your new follower, really educational videos, 21:45 you said both around about turn right but what made it serious, is it because he went straight ahead of first roundabout with right signal on or what? Would you explain it please, thanks 21:07 roundabout diagrams quit confusing, seems like he missed the right and went ahead? Shouldn't you have said that go ahead of first roundabout and then take the right on the second but you said turn right on both roundabouts, i am still confused, on the first because if you said go ahead of the first round about and take the right on the second, then he should have positioned right on the first roundabout going ahead and then stayed in his lane signaling right, but if you said go right on both then he missed the right on the first????
He just got caught out positionally. The vehicle behind was effected and that’s what turned this into a bigger issue. He simply just should have been more to the right, in the right hand lane. It was a bit unfortunate as the road markings are very poor. I hope that helps.
I passed my driving test yesterday with 3 minors. Thanks you for your videos, they helped me sooo much. Now I can drive anywhere 😊😊
Amazing news!!! 😃 Congratulations!! You are more than welcome and I’m glad the vids helped In some way. Stay safe out there on the roads. 🚗🚙
Great video, I also learn in Mill Hill.
Happy you like it! Merry Xmas! Or happy holidays! 😊
He’s a really good driver. Just seems like he rushes sometimes. Patiently waiting to hear the good news of him passing 😊 Thanks Roland 👍🏽
He is! And you’re welcome. 😊Hopefully know soon! Thank you too!

The one on the roundabaut was a tricky one. Would he get a major exiting in the left hand lane into the left hand lane?
Which roundabout? The double mini?
