Like this boss so much he is entertaining as well as he has great ideas about what cane we done to improve the business but sometimes he makes hard for the employee 🤣🤣🤣
Yes agree but at the same time, running a hotel involves a lot of employees the cost is extremely high, if the hotel under perform and not selling their rooms fast enough, they must think of ways to improve. Its keeping their jobs. If the employees views the boss is being nosey, then they will need to reflect if it was justified. The "child care facilities" idea is great especially its a resort hotel because this would really give the parents few hours break. If they run successfully, it will generate a whole new batch of families wanting to stay. a win win for everyone
I agree with him about people not making an attempt yet but already complain and being pessimistic. It’s close-minded. And being outside is good for kids because they get to be active and away from their screens. Especially city kids who live in an apartment.
outdoor activity is good if they have enough man power, kids would definity running around and need more supervision especially if its involved with catching insect. rather than that, introducing life insect or lizard or any other small animals in cage indoor like mini zoo would be more safe.

He has to make it realistic for the staff to react to the children's unexpected comments because sometimes the child may have special needs, as a hotelier providing such services you can't discriminate, so she has to prepare well. The boss has good reason if they didn't test they can't say it doesn't work! There is so many ideas, this is part of what a good hotelier should do. So many success stories. These bunch of staff are really backdated! Look at those cruise and Club Med for ideas!! Goodness!! Its a 4 star hotel!!! The gifts has to be kids centric

It's a good idea...they can experience outdoor activities like before.its better than using their gadgets. I think kids enjoy and love new experience
