Thank you so much for sharing your awesome talent with us and putting together this brilliant production. As always, another amazing performance by Sina - "The Hott Chick With the Hot Licks!
Posted this video to my 8,200+ LinkedIn connections and made the post public with the hopes that the video would reach as many people as possible. I absolutely loved this video, and the music took me back to when I was 9 years old and thought I was going to be a 'Rock-n-Roll' King. On a personal note, since I was 9 at the time 'TOMMY' was released and living in Germany, I did not get to see The Who in concert but being a 'Rock-n-Roll' kid, I had listened to many of the songs that are played later in this video.
It warms my heart to see young people playing this vintage music with such passion and commitment. Encore more and more more please excellent! Thank you so much!
My RUclips history indicates that I have been following Sina for over 11 years. I don't think I have missed any, when I see one, I watch/listen to it. This was one of her best videos. Thank you, Sina. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sina and friends, I'm 68 and I once locked myself in my bedroom for a week to learn this album. I have often been harsh about the lack of "Old School" in today's music. What you did here is give a younger generation some roots to look back to. Great Work the best by far!
Simply phenomenal production!! I discovered Sina in 2018 soon after my wife passed, and her videos helped me thru a very difficult time. A huge thank-you for that time and the years since. ❤❤❤❤
I know exactly what you mean. I lost my wife of 32 years recently. Watching some of the incredibly talented young people in youtubeland has been a great distraction from everything for a few minutes..
Hello You Tube community … if you’re a Tommy fan you are in store for an Amazing Journey, if not you will still marvel at these wonderful musicians and Sina’s tremendous tribute to Keith. Just fabulous. I saw this earlier today because I’m a honored and proud Patreon supporter. This production would cover more than my annual contribution that’s how good it is. Super!
Congratulations, Sina, on all the artistic and musical projects you're pursuing. I hope your channel gains more and more exposure-you truly deserve it! ☺
Outstanding, I was 9 when this came out and my 2 older brothers listened to it constantly so I learned the singing part, Jack ( oldest brother played guitar) Jim, the brother in between was a drummer who could read drum charts. He took lessons from Judy Garlands long time drummer. I’m 65 now but The lucky part was I could still sing very high notes and knew vocal harmonies from my father who was an arranger for the four freshmen, the precursors to The Beach Boys. Those were great times and I thank you all for such an amazing interpretation of this classic. My old hats off to all of you.
Tommy first came out when I was in my mid teens. That was a long time ago... I have to admit that I did shed a few tears while watching this masterful performance of the iconic rock opera. Thank you to Sina and the whole ensemble for a beautiful "trip down the memory road" as it were. Proof that young musicians CAN play really good music.
As a longtime fanatic of the movie (not so much the stage version), and a lifelong musician who knows every note and word of the soundtrack, I was prepared to be less than blown away. I couldn't be more wrong. I'm normally not big on "reimaginings", this struck a chord (sorry). This is beyond excellent!! As a long-time Sina fan, I should know better. The talent and energy held me throughout.
Those thirty minutes went by so fast, and certainly better than what passes as entertainment on TV over recent years. I can only imagine how many hours of organising / practice / performing / editing and post production goes into making this video. All i can say is that it was worth all the time and effort IMO. Thank you Sina for providing many hours of enjoyment since i stumbled upon you six or so years ago. Have a great 2025.
I was at a performance in 1989 that left me feeling much like this incredible performance does. A man there said something that has stuck with me over the years. I wish I could remember his name and properly attribute this to him. But Sina, "Some people throw money, some people clap, and others just say WOW!" Each project you bring to us is somehow grander than the last. Really liked all of the people involved you have an uncanny ability to bring the right people together for each session. Loved it.
Thanks! Wonderful, I'm old enough to have seen the Who through the ages of thier career. Great to see young musicians play actual instruments instead of preprogrammed beats. Keep the music alive my friends. ❤😂
Danke!
OMG THE ORGAN!!!!!!! What an amazing production. I'm flabbergasted at the result. I got chills throughout. What amazes me most isn't the talent (as those who have watched Sina know how talented she is as well as those she collaborates with) but the fact that they undertook Tommy, one of the best rock albums of all time. The entire team absolutely pulled it off!!!!! I'm definitely going to be listening to this again and again. 😉 Thank you for making this available to all of us.
1000's of hours of rehearsal, the final product NAILED IT- so great, thank you (I watched all 30 minutes and will watch again and support you for your next project on Patreon) this was an amazing amazing project and incredible sound- thank you
Proving yet again the lead instrument in The Who was the drums. This is a remarkable piece of work. Bravo to everyone involved. Ret-conning I Can See For Miles into the Tommy story was a stroke of genius. Props to the lead guitarist. He really brought it.
Sina! Wow! I'm totally blown away! This was an ambitious project, but if anyone could pull it off, it would be you! Your crew was amazing! you guys totally nailed it! Every member really shined in their part, and it came together brilliantly! I love THE WHO, and I think you did them proud! Love the puppets - they really helped to tell the story!
Bravo Sina and Everyone for this Magnificent Live achievement, you're all Brilliant Musicians and this is one Extraordinary Beautiful MusicVideo!!!✨🎼⭐💖✨👏👏👏👏👏👏🤘✌️
As an old fart myself , you gal’s and guy’s make me cry for joy, I’m just overwhelmed , that there is a generation, that actually values and understands music ! Sending much love and Aloha from Hawai’i to all of you !!
Danke.
So worth the wait! I was looking forward to you covering the whole album, but this suite interpretation really shows off y'all's talent for composition and arrangement. Plus, I can't wait to go listen to "Tommy" again! That's what it's all about. Brilliant musicianship, as always! Immensely entertaining and beautifully done! I'm loving these big productions... Let's get some "Thick as a Brick" and "The Wall" up in here! ...I understand King Crimson get real butthurt about people doing their music, so no "In the Court of the Crimson King"?
This is a truly amazing display of musicianship and hard work. Congratulations to all for an incredible performance. Above all else, it is apparent to me that Sina continually evolves as a drummer, producer and arranger. Those Keith Moon fills are no easy task to learn and execute perfectly. I closed my eyes and imagined that I was sitting directly in front of Keith. And it turns out that I was :)
Just like Pete Townshend, Sina has proved to maintain artistic ambitions for big projects, which they both can keep hatching for a long long time, regardless of all the effort and huge amount of bills 😉 That’s one of the reasons why I support Sina. The widescreen shot of the studio with the large number of the personnel in the studio with all the equipment shows the wide scope of the whole scheme. Even before, all the musicians in the project have proved out to be the best combo to bring out the real essence and core of the Who’s intentions. The guitarist even looks like Pete with his posture and gestures 😊In addition to that, all the lead and harmonic singing is wonderful here! I know that Sina loves Keith Moon as a drummer and so do I. He broke all the boundaries: He was wild, creative and unorthodox to the utmost and still, he was the glue in the band and could carry and support all the other players, often even humming along the lyrics 😊 My heart fills with joy when I see Sina play Keith, she is the best drummer to do that!! She’s absolutely the living motor and heart in this whole thing for me. She’s just like Keith, the throbbing heart. I like Tommy opera, for sure, but I must admit that some of the songs are just average in this opera but there are two songs that reach out above the usual and end up to the level of immortality: Pinball wizard and I can see for miles, and the renditions of both in this project are more than I could ever require. They are priceless diamonds that are needed to make this opera alive. Super duper thanks to everyone. You are fabulous and I love you all so much!!
I'm listening to this with the greatest pleasure!! It's a treat to hear these talented young people making famous music from my youth. I'm 72, but you guys got me swinging. Thanks! 🙂
WOW! --- This is great! What seems so long ago, when you asked us what our thoughts were about you doing the whole album, I thought that you would be doing each piece and uploading them separately. I had no idea that you were wanting to do something like this! Thank You Sina ! And to all involved --- Well done!
What a truly beautiful gift of music a totally incredible musical experience! Thank you so very much Sina and friends for this amazing production! Wishing everyone a very happy and joyful holiday season 💕💕💕
Thank you Sina for bringing us such an amazing video. and to all these talented musicians. I have long been a fan of the Who, and I am sure they would be very pleased by this video.
I'm an old dinosaur and remember not being allowed to play this vinyl album at home. My parents thought it was too inappropriate for a then 15 year old boy to listen to ... along with other albums. Thoroughly enjoyed this, thank you for the trip down memory lane. You guys rock!
Also been following Sina for close to 10 years, and she has grown more than we could hope for. This is an absolutely amazing production, leaving us with even more admiration. Dont forget the way Sina always shares her opportunities with upcoming talent in any way she can. If anyone gives us hope for future generations, here's your example.❤
Fantastic performance! And yes, this follower had the attention span! Now a Patreon supporter and I'll check out the work of your wonderful collaborators. 🙂
Sina, I´m goin to say in spanish. You are so great Sina. Kind regards from my country, Panamá.
I’m 71 and was fortunate to have seen The Who perform Tommy back in the day. In my option this is Pete Townsend greatest creation. Great music and it even got made into a feature film. Nice job Sina,I always enjoy your performances.❤️❤️❤️
OUT-FREAKING-STANDING! So much talent in one room! I almost didn't recognise you, I was in a time warp and expected to see that little girl playing her drums that I've watched grow up! (take that as a compliment)
Little Lady, you give me back the hope in humanity. I am full with joy that you back. I had the good fortune to play with some of the best drummers (and many of kinda good but..) When I discovered you in your early carrier you were as the DRUMS it supposed to be. I was sitting at the edge of my seat to cheer for you to get back to the One after a fabulous rool. And you always did it! When you started to study i was sad that you lost some of your wildcat groove .. The greatest, Charly Watts, Ringo, AND of course Keith Moony had the heat and the rebellion. Real music is nothing but all about emotions ! Music is all about the perfect imperfection! Lady, now you are up to Keith Moon! Dont try to chase the perfection of a a drum machine ever again, please. A very small note, In my first so 8 years I started as a base player. What I discovered that this kinda music is not just the drums alone. It is the drums + bass together the rhytm force. The Who would be a lesser band without John Entwistle in my humble opinion. Keep and eye on your bass player as your extension. Anyway CONGRATULATION all of you. Beautiful and talented YOUNG! people I have pretty much enough of old fartz overtaking the music scene. Keep on rocking !!!
Love the detail of the beer on "Fiddle About"... Incredible Sina, listening Tommy after a middle century sounding so fresh and incredible and playing by young people it's a real bless...
What a Group!! Singers, bassist, guitars and the lady behind the Gretch drums! Of course, Thank ´s to The Who but - this your version is just beyond belief... way to go go Sina and company...
Wonderful! No words can adequately say how much I’ve appreciated being on this journey with you, Sina. The level of musical talent here is extraordinary and looking back at your early videos, impressive they were but nothing compares to this. Best wishes for the next phase of your incredible journey. ❤️🎶🎵🇬🇧
I am sure Pete and Roger (Keith & John RIP) will have happy hearts when they see these young people doing such a fantastic interpretation of their Rock Opera PS: I was in the film version (we bunked off school to be extra's lol) Sina: Keith would have been happy good work xx
Prima gemacht! 👍
I just finished listening to this. It was extremely enjoyable. I remember my brother playing this music about 60 years ago. I will listen to it again tomorrow. Sina is all grown up.
Ich bin 72 Jahre alt, seit meiner Schulzeit WHO-Fan, absolut Fantastisch ich habe Gänsehaut bekommen, weiter so , vielen vielen Dank !!!! mehr davon ....
There are almost no words to describe the hope and joy for these young people. I've been a fan of Sina and her work since discovering her Iron Butterfly cover...yes, I'm an aging boomer in the US. Wishing all of you continued success!
Moi aussi j'adore The Who et particulièrement Tommy.
That was awesome as I am a big Who and Tommy fan, since it was first released. Never heard anyone sound more like Keith, who is my all time favourite drummer. Reckon Pete and Roger will love this 30 minutes. Looking forward to your next big production. Cheers
The next Masterpiece! Will ich mal sagen. 30 Minuten phantastische Rockmusik. Ihr habt Tommy the Who zu euerer eigene Rockoper gemacht. Btw. Sina-Draums Flipper ...the Best!
You know the phrasing when folks say about a video, "Well, there's 5 minutes I'll never get back." Let me tell you, this was 30 minutes of absolute joy. There was no 'sitting through' this. It was watching and paying attention to all the participants. Thank you, thank you, Sina (and of course all the others) for this wonderful experience!!
Absolutely fantastic - very well done by all ! It was more than a performance to me while watching it, I saw the enjoyment you had, I realized the dedication it took, I felt the love you have for that album. Thank you for this. Sina .... you fu***** CRUSHED IT !!!!!!!!!!!! So amazing.
Wunderbar. Sinas Spielfreude it unglaublich und mitreißend. Was noch schön wäre - und vielleicht nachreichen: Ein Making-Of und Behind The Scenes über den Aufwand, den die Crew geleistet hat, würde mich sehr interessieren.
Outstanding…..unexpected…..unbelievable…..mind blowing 🤯🤯🤯saw them live in 1972 at Vorst National in Brussels…the Who’s Next tour 👏👏👏👏👏thanks so much…..cut the cellophane on Tommy 🥂
Amazing. I've been looking forward to this since you mentioned the possibility 4 years ago. It was worth the wait! The Who is great. Tommy is brilliant. Moon's drumming is what drives it. Your appreciation of Moon is unmatched today. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Inspired interpretation that had me thoroughly enthralled before I even realized it! Hats off to you Sina and to everyone involved in this talented production!
Absolutely fantastic! I can't believe you took on so much of it for one RUclips release. So many great musicians and vocalists here. Love the skilful playing and harmonies and special vocal effects that add a new dimension to the original release. And of course, Sina's drumming holding it all together. I saw the movie a few times. Surprised to see "I Can See for Miles" in amongst the Tommy set, but whatever, it was great listening. I will be playing this clip more, as there is so much to absorb. 🙂👍👏Much appreciated.
Sina, congrats to you and all the great musicians and singers on this project you put together. All performed in one take. Thank you Mike for helping Sina and everyone put this together. Loved it ❤❤❤. It was well worth the wait. 😁👏👍😍

The vocal harmony is perfect. That woman who sings “see me, feel me, touch me” got to the emotional core of Tommy pain and need for love. Perfect!!!!!
You are absolutely on point! The fact that she looks exactly like my first girlfriend from 20 years ago, it made me stare like an idiot :D

Gretsch drums exactly like my 60 year old set. In white pearl. Perfect.
I see a lot of young folks WITH A LOT OF TALENT on your stage. Thank you much. Ms. Sina-Drums, from an old guy who loves your music.
Outstanding. Thankyou all for keeping rock music alive. I couldn't possibly have turned my attention to anything else.
Outstanding and bravo. So glad to see this music live on in the younger generation. It is timeless and rock n roll!
Happy to see that there are still talented young people among us! This was a showcase of cooperative musical talent! Gut gemacht und ausgezeichnet!
So enjoyable. Thank you Sina. As well as a great performance, Sina does the best heart-felt credits at the end of the video.
Wonderful! No words can adequately say how much I’ve appreciated being on this journey with you, Sina. The level of musical talent here is extraordinary and looking back at your early videos, impressive they were but nothing compares to this.
Best wishes for the next phase of your incredible journey. ❤️🎶🎵🇬🇧
This was superb!
Thank you!
Good music is not dead. Amazing work, a must have. Merry Christmas to all, mods and rockers alike.
Thank you from us Old Guys. We really appreciate this trip down memory lane!
Loved this...and bravo to Effie Anna...her timing is superb
This was so good it brought tears to my eyes! Many chills up and down the spine. Just absolutely fantastic!
The best rock opera ever made and you have honored it proudly.
So amazing.
Nothing like seeing your big smile at the end, Sina!
This is the best ever, great job to all involved. Thank you Sina for keeping the Who's legacy alive!!!
Wunderbar. Sinas Spielfreude it unglaublich und mitreißend. Was noch schön wäre - und vielleicht nachreichen: Ein Making-Of und Behind The Scenes über den Aufwand, den die Crew geleistet hat, würde mich sehr interessieren.
Wow! An amazing production of one of my all time favorite albums! I’m thoroughly impressed!
Tears running down my face, Thanks guys! You did the Who a a great service
Sina, I'm almost 63. I would love to see you and your band at the xfinity Center in Massachusetts US. You are amazing. God bless
Inspired interpretation that had me thoroughly enthralled before I even realized it! Hats off to you Sina and to everyone involved in this talented production!
I like how you added I Can See For Miles!
This production has convinced me that Sina has some metaphysical intersection with Keith Moon and Athena Nike.
Sina, congrats to you and all the great musicians and singers on this project you put together. All performed in one take. Thank you Mike for helping Sina and everyone put this together. Loved it ❤❤❤. It was well worth the wait. 😁👏👍😍
Thank you for watching! Nils Neumann worked with me on this project.
If Pete and Roger could have been there, they would have been in tears... I was in tears...
Fantastic as always Sina. I found you 3 years ago. Ian Paice even upped you last year ❤❤❤❤❤ . Well done young lady!!!!!!!!!!
What a fantastic way to start a new year. Thank you, Sina and ALL your collaborators!
Superb!
Thank you very much :)
Wow! This was nothing short of EPIC! Thank you Sina and everyone else involved in this amazing project!
