A ‘smoking’ is a tuxedo, so Rouge Smoking is french for ‘red tuxedo’. Smoking is not a reference to tobacco or incense- you did great to not let the name fool your senses! Also, if you read the little inspiration stories, it says ‘she is Pigalle’ - a section of Paris that includes the Moulin Rouge. Amazing- you mentioned Moulin Rouge!!! I love your videos :) I get so much information about what I might like and what I might not. You are so fun and optimistic!! Thanks for sharing your personality, experience, descriptions, and opinions :)
I loved hearing your perspective! A lot of the other fragrance viewers I watch are heavily into niche perfumes - more so than I am - so when you gave designer comparisons and I saw your reactions to the scents, it was a bit easier for me to get my head around the brand

I saw this first from Emy.. she had Rouge Smoking, and the red color of that was just gorgeous! ❤️ thank you reviewing and smelling the entire line, though some were pretty strong 🤣😂
I have heard that these don’t last very long for how expensive they are. This brand is trying to seem French although the founder is from the Middle East I believe.
There seems to be some controversy as to how hard Demi Rawling is pushing this brand, along with Intio and House of Marley, because her boyfriend and his father work for a company that owns these brands.
I am unfamiliar with BDK and Intio, and I love House of Marley, but it makes me uncomfortable that Demi does not disclose her personal bias toward these brands.
In general, I know this is a first impression video, but please try in general, to test the fragrances on lasting power and projection, because perfumes are so expensive, especially niche, and it is important to most of us, about how long they actually last.

hi Soki from Florida USA. I love your videos they are so informational and interesting, I've learned ALOT from your videos, I love Guerlain but mostly I'm a perfume bottle collector.
I love your honesty. Too many reviewers are being compensated by the fragrance companies in some form or another, and the truth is often being distorted, so much so that it is difficult to trust what they are saying🤦♀️.
I totally agree, it's hard to know which reviewers to even trust nowadays! I do feel that she is always honest with her opinions though which is why I love watching her!
i dont think the other reviewers give non-honest opinion. i think soki's taste of fragrance is not the strong and heavy ones. others may like this kind of fragrances.

I am sampling Gris Charnel and find it deeply feminine! I love it and need it. But I didn’t like Rouge Smoking, although I am resampling rt now and now that you mention it I smell that Hypnotic Poison root beer note in there!
I like the sound of the Rouge Smoking and Citrus Riviera, but now sure that the rest would be for me. Have you tried Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle? I discovered it recently and 💕 it.

All the other reviews I have seen on Pas Ce Soir described it as feminine leaning white floral with quince. I never got the impression it smelled anything like Oud. I just ordered a sample. I dislike Oud.

Saw Miss Dior Cherie today selling on FragranceX and thought of your channel. Every source I can find says the site is legit (they carry a lot of old stock), but who knows? Anyway borders still locked down here.

I think that perfumes reviewers should definitely improve their level in French and learn how to pronounce names and brands.
