"Hello, Community. My name is Lincoln Lincoln."
"Hello, Mr. Lincoln."❤ Oh I loved that one. Oh hell yes I fricken loved it! Call me an ashhole but for Upbeat Ritual I had every basketball slamdunker from Philly's Badlands listening to Phil Collins and Metallica to display their OPEN-MINDEDNESS to learning NEW THINGS, and HUMILITY by being humble enough not to get upset at me for wasting that opportunity to play HIP HOP on the loud speaker. 😅 I loved it. In fact, as we speak I have all the notebooks in my entertainment center drawer waiting to be taught to others out here through my 501(c) 3. What a beautiful video you guys made. Loved it. I loved Florida weather so much I moved back here when I got off paper in November 2021. Yup. 2005-2021 for weed. I can't make that up. Now, I'm a sports reporter for a cable network out here in Orlando. Amazing how the RDAP saved my life and I am a testament of it.

Leonard Peltier shouldn't have been been convicted of a crime he didn't commit. Second everyone else got off on self-defense and the FBI has a vindictive vendetta to punish one person. Third and most important they killed a Native man in the shoot out on Jumping Bull Property where the undercover agents showed up without a warrant because of some alleged pari of stolen boots but they never got prosecuted in any sham show. Finally they certainly must remove him from the max. security. He belongs nowhere near rapists, murderers and the like. My nephew is in this prison, it was pretty decent at first after being moved 4 times from prison to prison and he had to live in the shu most of the time, due to threats. Its awful what inmates go through. Its already hard time, why cant we just serve it in peace, life is hard enough. He was only in there for a drug charge, and got accused of something that was not his fault. He is in the RDAP program now and got a year knocked off but still has 2 years to go! And the shape of what he will be like when he comes home, he will probably be scarred for life! There has to be a better alternative for drug charges. He is not a violent young man, his whole life has been destroyed! It is so sad! It has about taken my sister out, knowing what he suffers under, and there is no one at the prison she can talk to about him. There has to be someone that can help!

My only experience with federal prison was when I worked at FCI Dublin CA. If it weren't for the fences with razor wire and the men with guns in trucks driving around the perimeter, you would swear it was a college campus or something. Everybody wore street clothes. At the time it was coed (now it is all female) so there were men and women there. So there was inmate romance. They were only allowed to hold hands but I have a feeling they figured out ways to be able to hook up. The staff kind of looked the other way on that as long as no conflicts arose.. There were classrooms. There was a nice gym, softball diamond, and other recreational facilities. There were even covered tennis courts. If you had to be in prison, that would be the place to do it. I can't imagine it would be better anywhere else.

They just run county or state background checks so I would lie on my job application no felonies. @@JuicyFashion11 for the most part.....yes but it depends on the job. state, city & county jobs they may run a fed check. most jobs dealing with kids or old folks they will run a fed check. most jobs like banks dealing with money will run a fed check but most other places only run county/state checks not fed checks because fed background checks cost more money and these employers aren't trying to spend all that money. If the job takes finger prints then you can assume they are running a fed check. I never had a problem getting a job. i lie about having a felony. i take the side that its their job to find out if i have a felony or not its not my job to snitch on myself. lol i have worked in the fin aid dept at a college no problem they did state/county checks. so if your man doesn't have a state felony only a fed felony then that opens up doors for jobs.

When I went like RDAP DAN after speaking nicely with the guard and answering all his question as to why I was there in prayer for Leonard Peltier they surrounded me on all sides and nearly unloaded every magazine hands in the air stating that I'm UNARMED then give my tribal affiliation and had to claim it was like being blood related and giving them a nice talk They escorted me out, blared their sirens and followed me down the freeway towards Miami in a one official car and two unmarked vehicles one of which they used to back me in nearly rear ending me twice. Those who want more of the story complete with quick photo op before they made me drop the phone can scroll down on my page past the WH one person rally (where they also stopped to question me twice and followed me around in a van and several marked and unmarked vehicles). Won't even bother with the red neck in the truck trying to run me off the road throwing stuff out the window.

Who is "they"???? What you can't figure that out???? Wow, who do you think???? The authorities, the people in charge. You see, I have been invited to many prisons to lecture, etc., and denied entry because I am an ex felon. Back in the late 80's I was allowed in Sioux Falls Penitentiary, Springfield Correctional, and suddenly in the 90's they quit allowing me in, I did pre-release programs, brought in victims of domestic violence, I performed music, did live radio shows, but no more. I am the same guy, I have been out since 1986 and never went back, my son was in prison and I was denied entry, even though I was a family member. But now since you ask that question, which is funny "who is they?" it answers why you are allowed, and others are denied, you got some kind of privilege with the man. Not implying anything in particular, but that was a needless question. It is a fact, they will not allow me near a prison. Actually, I am happy you are allowed in, that is a good thing. But your question "who is they?" Brings some questions myself. You appear defensive over my comment, no need to be. Just ignore the comment, I commented in peace and with the truth.

I think plea deals are stupid. Offering incentive to confess to a crime. They should be the ones to prove you are guilty of something, not make you confess to it. If I was facing trial for a murder I did not commit, I would probably take a plea deal knowing it could save me from the death penalty. That is how screwed our system is. We make innocents confess to crimes they didn’t commit when sometimes the real killers are still out there.

If u cross someone's path in the dorm u say excuse me even if u didn't come close to them and one last thing. Dont pull someone else's food out of the microwave unless your ready to throw hands. And also be punctual when your food is ready in the microwave.

Not able to make it half as far as RDAP Dan before they're SWAT team surrounded me fully locked and loaded ready to commit another mini-Wounded Knee.

The question RDAP Dan is why are you allowed to go here and tour around with your camera pretty much everywhere? Because you run a business for people facing time? Because you where a former white collar inmate? Because you're white? What is it Dan when we get surrounded for less than the same thing, only there to offer prayers in solidarity for Leonard Peltier, an innocent man who's no murderer, rapist or thief and doesn't belong anywhere near these people not even in minimum security but has to sit in Coleman I surrounded by what's worse a bunch of guards all keeping him there unjustly incarcerated for half a century. Those who don't speak their voice are worse than those who say he should be there. Why? Because at least if someone is lying we can correct this with the facts. Silence is destroying the earth.
If you're silently going to work putting AR's in peoples faces threatening to blow them away unless they do exactly as you say including forcing them to put down their phone or even speak in the wrong tone that you'll blow them to smithereens for sitting in their vehicle answering your 20 questions?
Those of you who state you don't support Learned Peltier, at least we can correct you. So ask yourself why? When even the evidence proves he did not pull the trigger while everyone else got off on self-defense and none of the FBI where prosecuted for shooting Joe Stuntz, a young Native Man for what? Because someone allegedly stole a pair of boots and the FBI started a shootout without even a warrant to be there after around a hundred people where killed by those working for COUNTELPRO (their agency) on Pine Ridge in the 70's again for speaking up about being killed? And then a bunch of Native People want to work for them?
You don't have to like or share my post but if you're not supporting his freedom what are you supporting? What good are you to say Leonard Peltier should continue to rot in prison or worse say nothing when the people around you state this? Where do you think this is going when the US foreign policy mirrors exactly their domestic policy of Genocide, the worst form of terrorism. Sorry but we're the counter terrorism. You'r the ones marching directly towards nuclear war. You're worse than anyone across the ocean waving their nuclear saber because you all support someone who stated on National TV before being elected that he wants to start a nuclear war candidately on camera. Trump said, "We have nuclear weapons so why can't we use the?" Actually that's the PG rated version. The whole wide world heard something much worse and all cozied up to Trump while planning to align with Putin. The moment the first tactical nuke was going to be used on Iran would be the moment WWIII would begin the way WWII ended. Stating this is okay through silence let alone voting for it on the other side of the isle is mass suicide. You're insane for doing this or even sitting on the other side of the isle without freeing our time honored Elders. There are no real liberals anywhere only neoliberals that put up with this.
Everybody should be in support of his freedom. Any Political Prisoner sits at the root of injustice especially him. When we cannot free him that's like not freeing Nelson Mandela but much much worse because its gone on so long and not just his incarceration but a sea of blood over a hundred million deep ongoing without stopping for centuries and that doesn't include those who died from disease most of which was biological warfare. For starters Europeans could have bathed then to top with total siege and destruction ruining the Native's culture that puts anyone at risk for disease when they cannot follow their traditional way of life that brings up the mortality rate to near 100%. Let's not even go there with all the negative influences of alcoholism and the Indian residential boarding school system. The total number of people killed is around half a billion when you factor in all that and we're not even addressing the descendants that never came to be. And don't get me started about overpopulation that only happens when people live out of balance that was not at all the case here and never would have been. People who face starvation and miserable conditions overpopulate as a natural adaption. They need to be treated better. Nuking and poisoning the world will only make things worse. Cannot believe we have to break that news to you.
Had Indigenous Lives been allowed to flourish as the dominant society Technology would've been used primarily for good as it always had been. There'd be no build-in obsolescence, no GMO, and no nukes among other issues but then again the white man would have made his first nukes overseas had he been pushed back in time and came back in their plains, then taken everything and been at least ten times worse. The epicenter of white (nuclear) power, their most violent destructive side had to be trapped and truly "civilized" whatever that's supposed to mean, not mass incarceration and mistreatment leading to more mass incarceration and mistreatment of innocent people demanding their rights and freedom from Tyranny for the whole wide world so this "Never Happens Again" as was the point of the Geneva Convention that we all agree to not be "Anti-Semetic" that means against Genocide. It's supposed to apply to everyone and this is how white settler society twists the truth. They make it into the opposite. They make you believe the innocent are the villains and the villains are the hero's, like the Founding Fathers who where taught everything by the Iroquois Confederacy (League of six Indigenous Nations) but only applied to white men.
The world would be gone already had Native People not held on. And that's why after all that was done someone had to still show up at the Coleman Penitentiary like RDAP Dan except for one difference, they're not working for the State there because they care. So there. Some say it isn't very fair. Yes we'd like to tear some hair but then I'd be put under their endless perfectly manicured lawn as a true "Grass Roots"activist perhaps buried by a women on the mowers in exchange for a lighter sentence to get home to her children.
