    I will put here something that took me a couple of years to really understand about the whole habit thing and how it can be used in every area of life. And although I understood all the things in the book it just recently clicked for me and everything made sense. Keep with my thought. Probably most of you have had hard time working out, studying or doing something else that you knew it needed to be done, but it was hard and you felt lazy. I know I did. Everybody around us tells us that we need to be disciplined, ambitious, have will power to do things that needed to be done, although we felt inner resilience against them. I know I have talked to myself: " Why do I feel this repulsion against studying, or something else. I need to enforce it, use my willpower, etc." Bullshit! Go again to the brain activity of the rat. It looks lazy, unmotivated, but its brain is working like hell. That's your inner resilience against new things. Your brain doesn't want new things, and when it deals with it, it uses a lot of energy to process the new thing. That's why when you start something new, you can't do much fruitful work, you are quickly exhausted, etc. But when you do just enough regularly, as much as you can every time, without being harsh on yourself, you notice how you can do more and more work, much more effectively, without inner resilience or feeling exhausted. That's the habit stage, the brain no longer is on fire processing new info. In summary, when you start something new, it's absolutely normal to not achieve much, feel quickly exhausted and have inner resilience. The more you do the habit, the more it sticks, until you reach a moment when you can study for several hours in a row, and feel great. That's when you start achieving your goals . Hope you understood my idea.

    I know looking for the reasons of behaviour is just another road of another road of roads of mankind, not saying it does not have great benefits to know the whys of life. Thank you for sharing, very good! It's good for all the roads of mankind. And personally I believe it will eventually lead us to the only way, truth and "the" Life that comes God alone. Very well articulated, I enjoyed this very much. Thank you!
