People who think it's fake obviously don't have the ears of a real guitarist you can hear the change in tone compared to Metallica's version. Oh yeah that's right they probably don't even know what tone is when it comes to music.

I know he recorded the sound on the studio and the video some place else..... But still i understand why people say its fake and why people say it isn t. Truth is we will never know.

Who said he had to hit every single note of the song? It's a cover, not a copy, so he can put whatever kind of spin on it if he wants. He's playing a track of the actual song in the background, so that's why you hear the harmonics, he's not faking it. He did a great job, and if you don't like it, then let's see you try and do better. But for now, why don't you just shut up and leave the guy alone?

@biggy531 lol no actually hes not. Diamond Head was the band to create the song, yes. However, He is covering Metallica's cover of it which is to say Metallica's version is soo much better than DH's. Their version Sucks! But i get what your trying to say, this is DH's song not Metallica's. Great cover Jarrod! Love watching your covers over anyone else's. You honestly could run all over Kirk. His improvisations to his own songs' solos live have been terrible the last few years! Great Job
@lewisdfl Yeah, Metallica is fucking hard to play. I just spent the past 2 hours trying to learn one part in the last "One" solo, and I still suck at it.
If you want good beginner material, look for Black Sabbath stuff. Most of it (save for the solos) are pretty easy. I'd recommend "Iron Man" and "Paranoid." Blink 182, The Offspring, Green Day have pretty easy stuff.
STAY AWAY from bands such as Metallica, Dream Theater, The Living End and Megadeth, until you're ready and a lot better at guitar.
