Just visited few days back...its just as simple as a local mess looks .
Tasted mutton curry its amazing 👏😋 rating 8/10 but slightly expensive and coming to regular vegetarian meals taste is Average rating 6/10.

Great efforts by Mr.Ravi... As I have visited Durga Vilas multiple times in the past 5 to 6 years. Its just a normal mess where you will get side dishes. Nothing more than that. And the quality of food is very poor when compared to decent restaurant in Hyderabad.
@ Ravi.. I have seen multiple video that you have uploaded in the past couple of years. Few are really good and genuine.
**Few restaurants that you are mentioned are over rated or sometimes it feels you are giving false information by saying everything is good and all. Not every restaurant is perfect in Hyderabad as you are elevating, which ever the restaurant you are visiting.
We really appreciate your efforts that you are investing in exploring the new places for new food/varieties.
But please make sure that you are really giving a genuine review on the food place that you have visited, so that it reach more foodies effectively.
Am just giving you some inputs where you can correct collectively, but not degrading/discouraging you.

We do food informative videos
If we are doing a video we try food at the place for atleast 2 times . We pay the bills
We shoot the video only if we like the food .
We choose 5 to 7 best dishes at a place . And showcase only them .
U may not like my suggestion for 2 reasons
1) palate differs from person to person
2)if you are just taking Restaurant name and ordering different dishes other than street byte suggestions .
Example : ordering idly dosa in an Irani hotel
We guide the hotel owners if there should be any changes . With respect on the efforts of hotel owners we don’t talk negative about the place .

People who love military hotels will relate to this place and will be super happy with the food .
In the present day there is no proper military hotels in twin states . Even if you take Hyderabad there are limited places ( famous meals ) which serve non-veg Curries with meals .
The best part of this place is non veg Curries are precooked . In the current day scenario it’s very hard to find pre cooked South Indian non veg Curries ( except curry points )
Even the pricing is nominal .
Over all a very good experience for me and my team . We loved the taste . Thanks

But this time we missed to give correct information..
It is a great hotel for meals. Recently the owner of the hotel passes away. First time I had in 2004 and recently I had. No difference of taste. Even sambar is excellent. One who wants to homely food, they can try it. Prior to outer ringer road, many film industry people used to eat in this hotel.
Today we tried this resturant, on following your review we had been there, we tried chicken fry, prawns fry. simply yummy food felt like homley food. excellent service. fully satisfied worth for our money.

After watching the video i wanted to stop at the hotel and taste the food..i usually try all the hotels that u upload. mostly covered every single restaurant which u covered including the kphb mavulamma pakodi point..

Ordered meals, prawns and mutton curry! The price is 400/-
Frankly speaking meals is pretty average! The dal ( pappu) is watery which is a turnoff for me when i order a meals..beans curry is ok...the two pickles are tasteless...kakarkai fry is ok.. Have seen many hotels with more quality and taste !
Mutton curry is also pretty average ..no taste at all...
The only thing i liked is the prawns curry! Its so tasty and yummy! I had to leave all the curries aside and had only prawns!
