If they need to sing totally live every performance, it will really damage their voice. I had seen story of exidols talking about her unreversable damaged voice due to overuse during promotion. So its best to sing parts that they like and leave part that is hard while dancing, or rest for some performance. They still have a long career in singing, so its best not to overuse and damage the voice. When they first debuted they sing all the stage fully live (from observation, newly debuted group need to sing lots of live), and mj voice are quite damaged back then😢. In an interview, moonbin says during their spring up album (thier debut album) promotion that last for 2 months, there is a part in the title track where mj smile brightly and dance forward the stage while belting high notes, Moonbin can see his teary eyes while doing so eventhough he is smilling brightly. He says mj is really admirable in that respect. Moonbin also says they all had hoarse voice after the promotion. I just want to say, dancing while singing is not an easy things to do. Usually for special events like concert or contest, they will sing all live, but for comeback promotion that continue for a month, it is wise to choose part to sing and rest your voice when you need to.

But pair those vocally challenging songs with challenging choreography like this One. It's a different story.

The rap line has stable voice.. maybe because they only sing moderate note.. But I am not complaining toward the singer line.. because many part of this "one" song has high notes that maybe difficult when they do dancing or some part of choreo.. yes Nunu voice improved so much
I can definitely say that the choreography for this song requires a lot of stamina to execute. All the vocalists are running out of breath. Good thing they can lipsync. Regardless of all the haters, I Stan Astro! One era is the era I first knew Astro. And the rest is history.

Despite of Exhaustion, hyper fast Dance Movements ASTRO are honest with their performances. Also, ASTRO are losing their voices, not enough sleep even rest. ASTRO has been non stop performing LIVE since before and after they debut their album, I believe over a month already.... now, it is showing how tired they are. And still, they have good vocals. Unlike US celebrities they do LipSync on their Concerts like Arianna Grande and they can’t perform two things at the same time... dance and sing.
I've watch a lot of astro's mr removed and found that jinjin always stable on stage. Like how he like don't need to breathe, even rocky breathe so much while rapping.
