The problem is that it doesn't fit on many of the albums, if not all of them.
Yes, the song would be good if it would be mastered and recorded correctly, but this is a demo so its quite forgiving.

Einer der besten Rammstein Songs, wenn er fertig veröffentlich worden wäre. Leider hat Eisenmann es nichtmal auf das "Raritäten" Album geschafft. Daran merkt man schon dass die Band dem Song nicht gerne Beachtung schenkt.
You might not forget that this was never actually released. It was only a leaked demo from the LIFAD recording sessions. All the songs on Raritäten, however, are actual released songs.
@@Dirksma It would be cool of they released a compilation of all the demos of some kind. That's unlikely to happen tho, since they really don't want to release anything that's of mediocre quality.

"Messerklingen und Munieren" would make more sense as "Munieren" is like a slang word for Ammunition
@@harre9757 A "Monier" or also "Moniereisen" is the steel that is introduce into concrete to create steel-concrete walls. It is a reference to the french Joseph Monier who invented that type of steel-concrete. An alternative word is also "Bewehrungsstahl".
If you would want to shorten "Munition" you would get "Muni" which is the only slang word for ammunition I am aware of. I never heard "Munieren" and can not find any mention of it in German websites via google.

The version of album "LIFAD DEMOS" of 2008, is diferent.
This is not a "Rosenrot demo" as the thumbnail indicates. This is a demo is from the LIFAD sessions. The version recorded during the Reise, Reise sessions (also the Rosenrot sessions - for the most part) was completely finished and was considered by the band to be included on Rosenrot, but the band didn't like it enough to include it. So they tried the song out again for the next album, which is where this recording comes from, as a lot of demos from the LIFAD sessions were leaked. The actual Reise version has yet to surface.
Source? not to argue, this sounds absolutely nothing like a LIFAD demo, these drums are not from was ich liebe, or that 2021 Fruhling in Paris, nor Legión, it's a sound that resembles.. not one other demo, it's just.. a demo

1. music style is very much Reise Reise(and rosenrot cuz those were made pretty much at the same time). The music in this album specifically was designed to fit and sort of strengthen Till's lyrics and voice, as it was said in one of the "making of.."s. So the sound alone is a good indicator that it's a reise reise demo
2.Eisenmann thematically is similar to benzin. One song is about a man obsessed with metal and the other is about man obsessed with benzin so putting them in one album would have been a bit weird.
3. this demo was indeed leaked with other LIFAD demos which suggests that it is a LiFAD demo as well. And yes maybe the band thought to put this song on LIFAD, but the recording itself was probably from Reise days for one reason: quality.
leaked LIFAD demos are very and I mean VERY raw and unfinished, they're like some pre-alfa barely completed songs. Eisennmann on the other hand sounds almost ready to release being only as I would say rough around the edges
The drums and Till's voice and even the riffs sound very much LIFAD to me.

Biest is a made-up fan name, the real name was just "Tier" and it was played many times throughout 1994
This song was leaked while it was being mixed, and Rammstein tend to abandon songs that get leaked.

Schock TV Actually Eisenmann was created by Rammstein during the Rosenrot era of their music so this was created well before Rammvier, almost a decade beforehand
imo it sounds more like benzin, benzin was a song about an obsession with gas and explosives, eisenmann is a song about an obsession with iron
I think Eisenmann will indeed be on the next album. It's too good to be just a demo. And if it's not featured on the album it will be on a b-side of a single for example. We'll see!

Ursprünglich wurde der Song 2005 aufgenommen und sollte auf Rosenrot erscheinen. Laut Flake war die Band jedoch mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden, sodass der Song es nicht auf Rosenrot schaffte. 2008, während der Produktion von Liebe ist für alle da, nahm die Band eine neuere Version des Songs auf (Das ist auch die Version des Songs, welche im Internet zirkuliert). Jedoch war die Band auch hier wohl unzufrieden.

I think it could also be "Messer klingen und monieren" which would translate to "Knives sound/clang and complain". Great example of wordplay in their lyrics, imo.
i think he the lyrics refer to "Moniereisen". In English it translates to reinforcement steel. It's a mesh of steel wires or a steel bar used for reinforced concrete
+James Earl Cash Perfect; that would make it "Knife-blades and steel rebar, cages for men and beasts", which fits in with the general theme of listing awesome things made out of iron and steel.

Ich denke es war nur ein Demo Song der Band und wird in keinem Album miteingearbeitet will keinem dem glauben kaputt machen ist aber meine Vermutung wobei ich das Lied selber echt mega gut finde.
