Like your technique, you did it slowly, where as many during training are fast in noting. I’ve usually just tried gluing it shut. Being a single guy I’ve done some weird self care over the years. Like ice baths, it can take some getting use to performing surgery on yourself. I haven’t gone super deep, but I’ve gone deep enough. It’s intense.

How to give Local Anaesthesia while suturing sir? We load syringe with lignocaine or Lignocaine + adrenaline? Any dilution with NS?? How to poke needle at injury site while suturing? Plz put one small video on that 🙏🙏🙏

Kindly make an video of which type of techniques,suture material to be used in cut injuries of hand leg scalp face etc...it ll be very helpful for doctors working in work in rural set up ..lot of such pts come..... humble request..
@@manasabaliga7439 You should consider a number of things
1. Do they have access to have the sutures removed - if not use dissovable sutures
2. Location -
Face: this heals very quickly so quickly dissolving or remove sutures in 1 week,
Over joints - there will be tension on the wound so it will take longer to heal so you may prefer to use a suture that you can cut out in 2 - 3 weeks. If you take it out before it has healed the wound will break down, if you use a dissolvable suture that weakens before it has healed the wound will break down
3. Risk of infection : in theory a braided suture carries more risk of harbouring bacteria so you may prefer to use a monofilament suture
4. Wounds under tension - you need to do a layered closure e.g a deep dermal suture to reduce the gap and then your top layer of sutures (interrupted, subcuticular, continuous)

Sir...I get stitches at my vagina they get distracted and I get restitch them...but again the same thing is happened and a wound is not healed......what should I do know,? Shall I use metrogyl prescribed by general surgeon who does not check me,but suggested me.....So will you please give me any suggestion sir....it's my request.......please sir

Without anesthesia how do you I know ,😢😢 it's more painful than take injections
Tip: before you start injecting the anesthetic, drip a few drops into the wound and wait a bit. This will begin the numbing effect so when you begin injecting, it will not be as painful.

No, not so. Of course it's depends from your tolerance to pain and amount of nerves around damaged area, but comparing with wound it's not painful. You can check yourself ) Take a needle and ask somebody to poke you (choose someone you trust)
