Audrey kay hi, i got medium. The clear frames are too big for my head. I had to adjust them which was no problem . I have a normal to small head so i would recommend regular for those

I just wish there polarized was that dark it's like 60%, but I think they have mirrored polarized if you want to cover your eyes.
