Wow. Your powers of observation are just terrible. It took you the entire vudeo to see that this was a compilation of various concerts, and also that they were at varios points in their career age wise. Wow. Thats scary.

Lol, not only that, the whole stage also changes quite drastically all the time...
The opening solo sequence is a little sad to watch. The guitarist with the first solo, Mikio Fujioka, died a couple months after the concert, And this is the last concert Yuimetal was in before she fell ill and eventually had to withdraw from the band.
Yava is a good song, well crafted, although the lyrics are a bit vague. Su can't make up her mind about something in the song, but it never says what
Man I can just imagine the impact that must of had on them during that time I miss yuimetal she had such cute personallity and it was such much fun watching her performance in these videos
Love those opening riffs. Didn't 'get' this song (somehow!) at first but love it to pieces now! Great reaction as always! 4:19 - This audience is the female only audience from the Red Fox concert, which is rare to see as they charge $499 for the 6 DVD box set of Fox Five concerts and don't like people posting clips from it (I have the set and tried to post a song but was blocked within 5 seconds!). Interesting set of concerts as it was all male the first night, then all female the second, then teenagers for the third, then under 14 and over 60 for the fourth and finally, on the fifth night, all audience members but you had to wear the white corpse paint!
Honestly, I kind of preferred Red Mass (first time they did that and was fan club members only), have you seen that too ?
I love this song, it's one of my favourites. The verse and chorus a pure fun, the middle part is heavy as hell, and the choreography is hilarious. This always puts a huge smile on my face!
yeah this was a compilation ,,,you can always tell the by what the girls wear ...the more red the girls wear the older the video...their timing for any performance is impeccable, so much talent.....

This is from the big Fox festival October 2017 the footage at the beginning and where you see the girls performing in front of the large screens is from that show the others are from a compilation of shows

There is always a (sadly big) risk with compilation videos that you will get one of the "bad" ones that cut the song up, put in footage of completely different songs, use very poor audio, cut out an entire verse or chorus etc.
However, the compilation videos that are done well (these are the minority unfortunately) do highlight just how good Babymetal's timing is and always has been. The person who made this compilation has used footage from many different shows spread out over a long period of time and the choreo and singing etc in all the different shows are always right on the same mark ... so much so that it wasn't until near the end you noticed their costumes were changing colour and they were on different stages.
One of the few compilation videos I like cause this one has good sound quality and all the clips are from their big arena concerts

6:50 that's cool, I didn't know this compilation had (a little part of Emma &) Jess. Looks like them at Wembley Arena UK in 2016.
Seems like a compilation of Saitama Super Arena 2015, one of the Trilogy shows in 2015 (I'm blanking on the name, but it's the one which started with the big triangle), Wembley Arena, UK 2016, Tokyo Dome 2016, Five Fox Festival 2017, Big Fox Festival 2017
Good spotted all the shows, except all of the Trilogy performances are there actually (SSA, Makuhari Messe [that with triangular front stage] and Yokohama)

That's really odd! I don't know how many times I've seen this compilation, but only just now (for whatever reason) did my mind actually catch that second, and go "Hey, wait, isn't that Jess?" (so of course, Emma wouldn't be far away). Had to back up a bit, and sure enough. I guess seeing Callie in an official video has put me a bit more on alert now, too. :D
Not a fan of compilations but its the only way to react to Yava and not get blocked or a strike

The Yokohama 2015 outfit has been voted as the best outfit for years by the fans. The tail in it is a nice detail.
It should not be surprise that several members of the KamiBand teach advanced instrument technique at university level. The late great incomparable Mikio Fujioka taught classes at the Musicians Institute of Tokyo and Osaka (his alma mater).

The range of Babymetal is so wide. I love how they want (and actually do) give metal some very new and original aspects.

It's three different concerts. That they meshed into one video.
Magical girls! This is one of my favorites, and really obscure, which means you probably only get compilation videos like this made from several different performances. The surprising part for me was the several shots of Western fans in the crowd, when I'm pretty sure all these shows were in Japan. That's the only time their shows are this big and they do deep cuts like this, yet I saw at least one group of Western guys and one shot of Western girls. Lucky them. Also, the Kami band is pronounced "kah-mee" and it means divine, spirit or god.
This may be kind of late but I think the western guys are from one of the Wembley nights. I could be wrong, but this compilation has like 5 different concerts (Red Fox Festival/Tokyo Dome/Wembley and two more that I don't really recognize) so I don't know lol

What I like about them is they put a new twist on metal and made it there own it's such a refreshing break from the same o mainstream music out there they proved that music doesn't have to be one thing it can be what you want it to be and pushing boundaries and trying new things can pay off they set a hole new bar

For me, this just might be the best compilation video of Babymetal. Some people may take offense however of you referring to Yui & Moa as simply "backup dancers"
utter respect for Yui and Moa. BM won't be what they are now if not because of each individuals effort and on how good they do it. They also sing very well so it has been a tradition for me to watch their individual solo's of headbanger when I binge watch their vids.

lots of Babymnetal videos get blocked. there are these kinds of "mashup" videos around, with footage from diferent shows to avoid blocking.
When I first saw this live compilation, I thought that the clothes they wear change color when lit with different light. But then I saw pictures and videos of them in different outfits and then I realized that they wear different things from time to time. well from year to year different.

These compilations obviously swap between various concert footage, but never realised that even the audio track changes too. Kind of off putting when you notice it!
I find everything about these videos off-putting, to be honest. At least this one doesn't mess with the arrangement.
It's not different cuts of the song it's the complete song from the big Fox festival Su's voice never changes throughout the song he may have tweaked audio a little bit but that's all this is the complete song from big Fox festival
@@MarkSpohn77 I would imagine it is different. You'll notice a cut shortly after 3:33 and again at 3:40 for example, and both times it's when there is a hop to another performance. I think it's predominantly BFF because that's where most of the footage is from. The cuts are also during parts with no singing so there is no real difference in vocals.

Love them Yava is a bit of a classic and of course they continue to astound. On a different note might I nudge you in another direction, as a punk purist you may be interested in the Japanese Punk band Necry Talkie , I particularly like the song Meccha Kawaii Uta (Very Cute Song) and Yuruse Hattori live ed. I wonder what you may think of them? The singer is a delightful creature called Mossa.
Humpback is another awesome band. The singer has a fantastic voice. Highly recommended plus they're an all girl band.

Wanna see where the Talent came from. Vid from Su's graduation 2012. The background dancers Moa and Yui ate too there and all cried because Suzuka had leave after graduation. But impressive how good they were even then.
