im not even kidding, i have so much vietnam flashbacks to tf2 when it comes to Bad batch. especially with Wrecker and Crosshair and how they both seem to be like Heavy and Sniper.
I love that at range this guy is just a one man army. Makes him so much more threatening to the bad batch since they know how unbelievably skilled this man is at shooting. I also just appreciate his inherently evil voice lol.
He still is friend. Remember he only did the out of character violence AFTER his chip activated, plus Moff Tarkin enhanced Crosshair's chip on Kamino. It was only AFTER this amplification that he earnestly hunts down Saw Gerrera's rebels. Let's hope Cross makes his way (albeit painfully slow) back to the Batch. I honestly think he will. As another fan pointed out, in Kamino Lost, he contradicts himself through out the entire episode. As the old adage states: actions speak louder than words.
I really hope he realizes in the next season that Hunter never abandoned him and that the empire is just using him because he was such an enjoyable and interesting characters in the Clone Wars.

And it was always disappointing & frustrating as well, when our Batchers would always find the time & have the resources to help or rescue everyone else; sometimes complete strangers. Cross is their brother & squad mate. You would have thought that Hunter's first priority/mission would have been to extract him from the Empire's clutches. Before heavy brainwashing could take hold. I believe it would have been a very different situation, had they rescued him earlier on. Instead of the situation all our Batchers found themselves in Episodes 14, 15 & the Season finale. The biggest plus of course, being the removal of his chip. Which would have taken place in the Episode, Battle Scars. So yeah, I still blame Hunter a little for that. Crosshair was done dirty by Tarkin & his Empire. Period. All the killing fans speak of were done while he still had his chip. But I believe he STILL has it. Why would Filoni continually show him touching his head in obvious pain. He's not grimacing because he's angry, please people. Pay attention a little more.

The finale just sealed in the fact that Hunter didn't seem to care at all what happened to Cross and even scowling at him when he saved Omega? Also, I don't buy for one moment that Crosshair's chip is out. It's for sure compromised cause he keeps 'missing'. I think the writers were pushing that his chip is still in so he can get a redemption of sorts in the next season. That's what I'm hoping at least. I hope he gets to leave the Empire and either Hunter reconciles with him or Cross goes off on his own and becomes like a bounty hunter or something.

I’m here after watching the series finale of the bad batch. I never would’ve thought my least favorite bad batcher from the clone wars arc would become one of my favorite characters in the entire Star Wars saga but here we are. His character development was heartbreaking

At first I thought Crosshair was an asshole, but after watching the Bad Batch, it seems there is more to him than meets the eye. He probably feels alienated from the other clones, which is understandable. It is likely that he was jealous of the other Clone troopers that it caused him to feel bitter and even betrayed. Though he found a family in Clone Force 99 cause they were different like him. I like how the new series seems to explore that part of himself, making him one of the most complex characters in Star Wars media. After all this, I see the humanity in the character. He cleary still loves his brothers, but there is a side of him that feels bitter and even angry that we can't help, but feel sorry for him.
Arguably the best developed bad batch clone now that the bad batch season 1 provided a ton more characterization for him. He’s definitely my favorite out of all them

I assume this is because he never saw how other Regs treated Crosshair but he saw how Crosshair treated the Regs. So Rex likely thought that Crosshair just likes being mean for the sake of being mean. Thus, we have mean Regs, who alienate Crosshair, who then ends up alienating even the friendly Regs :(

To be honest, Crosshair looks like the most advanced technological clone - he's got 2 visor types, 2 sniper rifle variations, some attachments for efficient combat, and almost never misses. No wonder why I suddenly wanted to play SWTOR and SWBF2 now, as a sniper, lol

To be honest, Crosshair looks like the most advanced technological clone - he's got 2 visor types, 2 sniper rifle variations, some attachments for efficient combat, and almost never misses.
No wonder why I suddenly wanted to play SWTOR and SWBF2 now, as a sniper, lol
