- This took like a week n a half straight of work but YAY !!!! ITS DONE !!!
Def upped my budget this time (aka decided to use color) and am really happy w how it turned out :DDD I could yap for wayyyy too long abt the whole (ha) thing, but I'm already rambling-
As for what I'm gonna do next, really just whatever I have the motivation for !! Could be another Jash thing (I have ideas for THDPH), could be smth else, we'll see

I love how the simplicity here, this inspires me to finish my cccc wip.
Also I love the near end with Host having the wings, crown, and trident with the HMS flashing.

Honestly, I love this.
One, your Whole design is golden. Him not being monochrome compared to HMS, who all use one color and one color only, while still using the color associated with him, really gives the impression of him being different from HMS. the mismatched clothing also helps show him being a mixture of the three. (Although the black and white makes him look like a danganronpa fanmade mastermind design, not a bad thing just something it reminded me of.)
Two, the "30 hours each" section. You'd think at first glance that each image represents a song each, which although certainly being the case for concord (ties are welcome to tally hall,bananas are banana man, with a smaller detail of one being rotten to show how poorly that original song aged in chonny's mind,paper and knife for haiku, him talking with a girl being hidden in the sand, and so on.) but it isn't just one image per song. For example, the second image, of soul in front of the sun with whole's color, is representative of the moment in time-machine reprise from when we switch from whole to soul. there's details like that all in this, and I love it. Please keep it up.

@@cottonbopp thank you! I have some other details I noticed, whether it be in the part I focused on, or details in general!
1.Spring and a storm and never meant to know seem to be reduced to one panel (soul by the tree), and I interpret it as soul just trying to calm themself as shit goes around them
2.the card for "Dream" shows all three of the trios celestial monikers, but the ties of heart and mind also reflect this, having the button be the moon and the sun respectively. Soul has the yin-yang symbol like whole to show how,similarly to whole, he is not exactly like the other two, although still a fracture of the whole.
3. heart's breakdown after ruler of everything which spans over 3 panels into the heart acoustic has mind appear in the second frame, based on "just apathy" being a duet between the two.
4.I cannot figure out for the life of me what the soul panel in the middle between storm and a spring and mind electric represents. My best guess is a comedic take on the line when heart asks what mind sees behind soul's eyes, soul watching this with a "dafuq?" written on them. also monster can.
5.Once again, the part around where the bidding is confuddles me a bit, but my best assumption is it going from mind-heart,to soul, then whole, is representing the first verses, then soul's "I guess we'll tie the rope today" and whole representing mind and heart harmonizing, giving soul the second wind.
6.Variations on a cloud's images have literal clouds on them. good.
7.TWW&Y is depicting the switch between the three characters of HMS and chonny himself.
8.Mind actually has wings to match heart! although they look more akin to,say, skarmory from pokemon compared to a flesh and blood bird, it is still there. also matching soul looking like they have angel wings.
@@unionjacker1531 OOOHHH EVEN MORE !! I can actually clarify / expand upon a bunch of the points here:
- Never Meant to Know is actually the only song I forgot to include a drawing for ! (only realized this after I'd spent days drawing everything lmao-) and yeah, Spring and a Storm was represented by the tree scene :D
- Oh yeah my bad on the confusing frame !! I had to do a good amount of "filler" frames, because the song had about 32 beats (I think) when there were only 27 songs (or 26 cause of me forgetting NMTK). The progression is kinda supposed to go like this for that section, starting at the first Mind frame after THA: Be Born > Filler 1 > Filler 2 ('reaction' to Filler 1, def could've made that more clear) > Storm and a Spring > The Mind Electric
- The Bidding is also a little complicted, I get why it was confusing! The Mind + Heart frame is basically based on the line {But for once, Heart and Mind, had finally combined!} I made my own little design for a M + H 'fusion' for lack of a better word based on that line a while back, so I thought it'd be fun to include! Soul and Whole are there both to represent Soul's reaction to this happening, and his newfound hope in becoming Whole after seeing it !
- YOU GOT IT SPOT ON WITH MIND'S WINGS! They were actually pretty much directly taken from Skarmory minus a few things such as how they're fastened on. Soul's wings are loosely inspired off of Flandre Scarlet's wings from Touhou. Never played any Touhou games, but when I was making Soul's design I thought the basic idea of little beads hanging off of these branchlike wings really interesting, so I went for it!
This went a little long- but uh hope I was able to clear things up a little !!!
