But how do you get tho the place where you jumped down? From the highlands?

There is a route from the pyramid to get to this spot, and another route i think from the cave..

To the west of the pyramid, there's a cave tunnel passing by an elite jaguar. On the other side is an open area where you'll find a walkway going down. Of course, he didn't bother taking the scenic route, he simply jumped.
